I work two jobs so I don’t have a lot of free time. I went down there on a Sunday around 1pm. The website and the door stated they are open from 11-4pm on Sunday. The door was locked and the lights were off. If they were closed for lunch a note on the door would have been nice. I ended up going to the one on Hillsdale. Glad I did since 1. They were open when I got there and 2. The ladies that helped me were super nice and patient. I got two new lines lickedysplit and two cases and a screen protector.

What a very pleasant experience at this location. I'm on a trip from Reno Nevada to the Bay area, needed a phone case and was in a pinched. Called and spoke to a gentleman named John, let me know that they had phone cases in stock for the phone I needed, pulled off the highway ... by the way literally right off the highway "Great, convenient location" walked into the store and was greeted with a smile. John showed me the different options, although the prices for these cases are extremely expensive but then again this is retail. Found the case I needed, was in and out in no time. If you're the owner of this location and you read this, please give John a high five and buy him a Starbucks ? - you can tell from his enthusiasm that he enjoys his job, he's very knowledgeable and overall has great customer service skills. Thank you for making this process so easy for me john, happy holidays and God bless you all.

Absolutely disgusted by this location, and the employee (manager?) that runs it. I purchased a phone from here in October, as a second business line. I never used the phone, and it pretty much sat in my car's center console the entire time I had it. I probably sent 3 text messages, and made one phone call on it. To paint a better picture... from October 2021 until March 2022, the phone only had to be charged twice. Moving ahead -- I ended up canceling that line, as I never used it. It was just an added expense I didn't end up utilizing. I decided to sell it via Facebook Marketplace to someone else that had a Cricket phone. They messaged me saying it wasn't working correctly, so I told them I'd make the drive to the store I bought it from to meet them, and if it really wasn't working correctly, I'd be happy to purchase it back from them. Which led me back to this store. Today, March 5, 2022. // I told the buyer to meet me at the store at noon. When I walked in, there was a guy (normally I'd call him a gentleman, but he acted like anything but). He had an attitude from the beginning. While I was waiting for the buyer of my phone to show up, another customer came in to pay his phone bill. The store had no music on, and was incredibly quiet, so I could hear their conversation. The cashier was telling the CUSTOMER that he shouldn't talk about religion, reasons why not to be Atheist, talked about selling drugs, murder, etc. All to a guy that came to pay his phone bill. Finally, my buyer showed up. Thank God. Couldn't wait to get out of that circus of a store. The buyer took out the phone I sold him, and it really wasn't working. He then asked me to take my phone out to put my SIM card in the other phone to test and see if it worked. The second I took my case off, he blurted out "WOW, your phone is banged up." Thanks, Capt. Obvious. Again, the phone didn't work. I decided to pay the buyer back, and take my phone home with me (I was just going to throw it away, anyway). As I was leaving, he yelled out in front of others "WAIT, let me check your account to see if your phone was reported stolen." I told him that would have been impossible, as it's always been mine. Thought it was pretty rude of him to even insinuate the possibility of a stolen phone. He then said "yeah both your phone were all beat up and damaged." Again, rude. Not only rude, but the other phone was in excellent condition. Just the type of guy that liked to talk just to hear his own voice. I know this review is going on and on, but I just had never had an experience like that before. I think this guy is the manager, as he mentioned to another customer that he is the only one that works there. Definitely not surprised by the high turnaround at this location. He is the type of person that gives companies a bad name.
