Don’t stay until they fix the loud obnoxious fire alarm that forces you to evacuate in the middle of the night. This happened the last two times I’ve stayed for work 3 weeks apart and a 3rd time if you count the one time that you didn’t have to evacuate in the middle of the night. If it occurred once - then it can be a fluke but I overheard the front desk say to the fire department about having issues since a flooding. No fire. So one night it was midnight about 3 weeks ago, and I come back and it happened again at 1am where everyone had to evacuate. To be clear, it happened both nights I stayed 3 weeks apart. The sole purpose of a hotel while on travel is to get some rest and waking up during a work trip in the middle of the night multiple times over a just a few nights stay in a span of 3 weeks is unacceptable due to faulty equipment. Absolutely hands down best customer service I have ever experienced. Would highly recommended staying on the fourth floor facing hwy 65 , best view everNearby activities: Tons of stuff within walking distance, tons of shopping and plenty of foodWalkability: Galleria mall within walking distance

We got stuck hoteless on a Friday night because our first hotel wouldn't accept my credit card and this hotel greeted us with a smile and a laugh. They didn't have any 2 bed rooms left so we got a king bed and pullout couch. Pullout couch wasn't the most comfortable when made into a bed but found it comfortable to lay down on as a couch. Bed was comfortable.Friday night the fire alarm went off at 3:45am but they comp our room for that night to make it right.Staff were all friendly and nice.Rooms were clean.Hotel was clean.Breakfast for $14 was good and convenient but I wished they had free breakfast like their competitors.The workout room was really well equipped. One of the nicest hotel gyms I have seen.Rooms: Clean and nice showers

One of the best gyms I’ve ever seen at a Marriott courtyard before. This courtyard location is a little dated, but overall in very good shape. The bar area in lobby area has plenty of seating. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Wish they had some USB-C charging ports near the bed.

Jacob at the front desk was very kind, outstanding, and gave me and my wife fabulous service. I've never had such a pleasant time checking in at a hotel. Rooms are clean, and coffee downtstairs is great. I really appreciate and want to thank the staff, particularly Jacob. Thank you for giving us a stressfree, easy check-in! We will definitely come back again next time we are in town.

This hotel was great. We had moved from a…you could say, subpar hotel, which maybe amplified our gratitude for a safe, cozy and clean hotel room. The front desk staff blew my mind, in a good way. If there is a “Michelin star” for service, they should indeed get one or 5 or however that scale works. Gentlemen at the front desk, I forget his name but he looks like Michael b Jordan, checked us in and it was like a momma bird caring for her young. He just made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The only bummer about this place was we purchased 2 naked drinks, hot mint tea (she literally poured hot water in a cup, I did all the heavy lifting of grabbing the tea bag packet, opening it up and putting it in the water) and a Perrier at the bistro downstairs and it was 25 dollars. Like, that’s a little much. Oh and the hot tub was not hot. Unless you are hoping for an ice bath you’re out of luck. To be fair, it was 8:30am..so maybe try your luck at night. Overall the beds were comfy, they had a block pillow which was a little odd but the other pillows were nice. The bathroom was clean and there was a hairdryer. Score!

It's one of the lesser hotels I've stayed at in the past few years but it's in a good location. The first room we stayed in had a broken toilet but the staff moved us to another room immediately. The bed is comfortable, but the pillows aren't. The showers are nice and the tvs are more modern. Overall not bad.

The front desk staff is really accommodating. The room was nice. I only had one issue where it cleared. The toilet was flooding very badly so I had a near slip but I did let them know and they were very accommodating by giving me some bonus points which I’m happy with. The location is very close to the highway and shopping and tons of restaurants. I will definitely stay here again.

Roseville, CA. Warm, adept service from Michael, Rochelle and Angel. Housecleaning here is daily and top notch. Room was very clean, love the posh love seat and ottoman, king size bed slept well. Free chocolate chip cookies in the lobby in a rectangular self-serve clear plastic stand. Bistro in lobby was expensive but adequate for breakfast and dinner options with a kitchen in back or grab-and-go options.

Just okay. Charging $12 to self park in an open lot seems unnecessary other than to create another income stream. We were upgraded to a king room which was nothing special. Couch in the room was not comfortable. TV/fridge cabinet was old and beat up. Attention to detail???Rooms: Appeared the rooms had been remodeled but the TV cabinet looked to be very “used”. Very beat up. The couch, although new and trendy, was extremely uncomfortable.

We just had a great stay at the courtyard best part was the very friendly staff!Great room 325! Breakfast bar staff were great Each morning Anna made us a great breakfast and Chey made us coffee!Front desk staff helped us with an early check in as we had an event Thank you Payton and Jacob!Another happy Bonvoy elite customer!!

The best Courtyard ever! Madelyn was absolutely amazing and made sure we had a wonderful 5-night stay! She totally went above and beyond and honored my Titanium status. Megan, Joel and Carolina at the Bistro were always lovely every morning, and they ensured we had a wonderful breakfast! The room was very clean, and I cannot find any fault with the hotel. 5-stars all around! Thank you!
