The individual's working at the food service area are rude and completely unprofessional. It took me 5 minutes to get someone to acknowledge my existence and then to be met with attitude, rudeness, and dismissiveness. I spoke with the manager on duty who indicated the my experience was similar to five other individuals this evening. I called in to pizzas and was told that the sauce machine was having issues that would be ready at 7:30 which is the time that I arrived at the club did a little extra shopping and then came to get my pizzas. After several tourists exchanges I was finally given a time scale and pointed in the general direction of the kiosk to pay for the pizzas. It was almost 20 minutes after that but after asking it by number had been cold again, and I was told no that the individual laughed and then said oh yeah here it is. Worst service ever.

Service is atrocious. Waited for almost an hour for a turkey sandwich, cookie and a drink. How hard can that be?!

Hoping this gets attention cause we love the food and just have a suggestion. They get slammed and can't keep up and can take a ridiculous amount of time to get food. I'd suggest looking to Bakersfield Costco as an example. They have each person order at the kiosk or check out line then line up and have team members fulfill the orders individually. Worked extremely well.

I've tried to contact the Tire Center by phone for the last two days during normal business hours. No one picks up the phone. I finally reached the Administrative Dept who advised that the Tire Center is too busy to pick up the phone.If they are that busy, I certainly wouldn't trust them to install tires on my car. I'll go elsewhere.

I purchased a Kitchenaid dishwasher from Costco. I've never had a smoother more professional delivery or installation. I checked the prices at the other stores which were the same as Costco except they each wanted over $200.00 more for the delivery, installation (including the new Parts), haulaway and 2 year warranty. I will continue to sing the praises of Costco.

This is an update to what happened last. I was sent wrong screws for the pedestal twice so I gave up. I ended up exchanging everything altogether (LG washer & dryer set with pedestals) giving Costco another chance. They delivered the new set and scratched the washer so there we go again. I had to issue an exchange of the washer by itself. What a disaster. These delivery guys don't know what they're doing. Different delivery guys every time. They installed the hot and cold hoses incorrectly (swapped). I even warned them and to make sure it doesn't happen again. Guess what? You're right, they messed up again. Costco delivery is beyond horrible. The 5.2 LG washer stain clothes. Idk if it's because the washer is energy efficient and uses very little water or what. I have not been happy with it.

Hot Dogs and a drink $1.50, can't beat that. Take a chicken bake and cut off the top to make a hole, then insert the Hot dog. Yummy.

Costco Roseville's Optical Department never answer their phone. I have tried yo make an appointment for the last two weeks and no one answers the phone. I have tried to call on four separate days multiple times.

Nothing bad to say. Everybody is always helpful with shopping or returns. They try hard for their customers. Had a battle with GE once and they were awful, but Costco stepped in to help. Love my membership & I'm a single female lol

Price is good, but question if it's worth the extra time and pack of courtesy from employees. Purchased set of 4 tires online and made an appointment to have them today installed. Was told it would be 1 to 1.5 hours. So, went wondering the aisles of Costco and after an hour and a half decided to checkout and go see about my tires. Guy at the desk only had this comment "if you haven't got a call it's not ready". It's been over 2 hours now. I would expect the basic courtesy of getting an estimate of how much longer it might be.Can't even imagine wasting 2+ hours to get the free tire rotation in the future.Probably ok if you have a ride to and from Costco whenever they finally finish.

Created a new pit stop on the way back to Reno.Wanted to make sure I had a full tank of gas before driving over the summit.Quality/Quantity - Consistent.Thank you for having craft, local beers! See picture.Love supporting the locals.Atmosphere - Consistent, if you are following, Costcos are my usual travel pit stops.Make a u-turn rather than a left turn if you are getting gas; it is so much easier!Open 7 days a week, from 9am to 7pm or 8:30pm; see Yelp or website for specific hours.Plenty of parking, but the parking lot is like a maze, so drive safe.Service - Self service, so great.Price - $4.39 a gallon; they also have diesel here and not all Costcos have that.Owner Comment - Congrats on your success at this location since 1995.Congrats on all your success since 1976, since Price Club. This Costco warehouse isn't as large as other Sacramento locations. Confirmed via chat with a store associate.But Roseville Costco has a larger gas station than Expo and Citrus Heights!This location specializes in organics. And some unique items like a Spanish infused pig/ham that I glanced at.Indoor food court. Still only selling the "meh" products - pizza (cheese or pepperoni), hot dog and soda (still $1.50), chicken bake, churro, iced coffee, sundae, smoothie, mmm, I think that's it. No BBQ brisket sammich or chili.Doesnt carry Mexican bottled Coca-Cola. See Expo, business center (Watt Ave), or Citrus Heights (irregular offering - found 1-17-23 in back corner by canned sodas and paper products).Bring patience to get through the stoplight and parking lot if you arrive and depart via CA-65.
