I wish that I’d changed pharmacies sooner, I never have to wait for refills and they contact my doctor before I have to put in a request.
Pharmacist is very patient and kind, you really can’t ask for better service. Also No lines.

Tell if this makes sense-I order solar lights online and the day they are supposed to arrive I just so happen to be inside the store for another item and I noticed they had same solar lights for $8 less,so At cashier I explained situation to try and get an adjustment and the guy referred me to customer service.Surprisingly there was no line and a lady asked if she could help and I explained I was trying to get price adjustment and she said you have to call online department because it's a different entity and she confirmed with another lady standing next to her,so I give home and call online department and guy on phone says online was more because of shipping cost although my order shows no shipping cost and I say well I guess I can return solar lights at store so I go back to store and now there's a long line at customer service and I get to front and theres a new customer service rep and same supervisor their and explained I just want adjustment of $8 dollars or I'll return or rebuy and supervisor Miranda said I have to return and rebuy so I return and go back into store to rebuy all for $8.Don't know how that can be customer service.It is a customer disservice and a lack of common sense.I like value at Costco,but these shenanigans make me not want to renew membership.It gets old that you buy something and then have to jump through hoops to get a price adjustment

I just got gas and for CA we're told it's cheap. We'll get used to it eventually. The store is a nice one.

Trash crunching machine not gated near the back so kids or adults can access and really be in some serious trouble. Fridge area out of garlic completely and no public access during 5:30 pm rush time on a Sunday. Cashier did not tell us where to for the game console purchase. Customer service representative was poor and didnt know why we were there with a receipt. She looked confused. Many people at Costco. We're having sad conversations and they were talking about their personal life out loud not working and cussing alot. Very poorly managed costco. Food courts closed for remodel as well. All terrible!

I shop at this one because it's convenient but will be going to the Loomis one When it opens, and hopefully the trash doesn't follow. I find every employee I've ever dealt with very nice and helpful, but it's just so overcrowded and most of the men that shop there are MCPs they have no regard for you and just run their carts into you or try to cut you off. And today was so gross. I was looking at one of the end caps and I heard somebody sneezing and I thought it was a customer and I looked back and it was one of those people that was going to do the food carts for samples look like she was waiting for the other lady to leave and she was sneezing All over the shelves of food I think it was close to the bread area. Those people are contracted out because my friend did it in Oklahoma But maybe they better look at hiring another company that takes a better look at who they're hiring. I will never take another sample again. PS also had a great experience With a delivery from them for a washer and dryer. And Mika was very nice that helped us.

Very well stocked with low prices on name brands. Checkout is fast and staff are friendly. Vaccinations by the pharmacist are easy to schedule and are professional.

Spoke with Karlo about a prescription that I believe was filled in error. They gave me my prescription with not way to dispense it, tried to blame my doctor, and when I questioned it being filled differently in the past he was extremely rude. I am taking this medication as a precaution currently but if I depended on it I would be even more upset. Costcos protocol does not match that of other pharmacies, as they required a separate prescription for dispensing needles, ultimately charging me separately for the two. The Costco managers I spoke with about this situation were much more communicative than the pharmacists. I will be going back to Walgreens and do not recommend this pharmacy.

I’ve been using this pharmacy location monthly for 7 years. So far they’ve only made one error in getting an Rx filled ahead of time. They filled it on the spot when I showed up. The staff is cordial and they’ve communicated fine with me. I have no hesitation in giving them 5 stars.

Horror Horror Horror! This is the only way to describe this place. Typically I don't give negative reviews because things happen and people make mistakes, BUT this place has given so much grief to my family that I can't contain truth to come out.1. Once they were giving us wrong quantity of very expensive medications and the called it is our fault that we picked wrong quantity. They tried to whitewash their mistake by putting fault on insurance. Once insurance stepped-in they immediately accepted their mistake and filled missing quantity on their own cost. I leave it to your imagination where missing expensive medication was going.2. Another time, they filled one week's supply that doctor wanted to try as FULL month of supply. Like saying 7 tabs will last 30 days!!!. Again when pushed hard, they realized their mistake but it took multiple calls and hassle.3. Most recently they sent a pre-auth request back to doctor's office while already getting approval from insurance. And they didn't even have the meds and were planning to get in few days. Who is going to tell customer that!? We couldn't have uncertainty so called other pharmacies in the area and found available stock. Now the challenge began to have Costco transfer the prescription. It literally took more than dozen calls for Costco to send prescription to other pharmacy. They kept lying "we have sent it" when in reality they didn't.That was the final nail. I am done with this pharmacy. Pulling all prescriptions and going somewhere else, not before leaving this review and filing formal complaint to the Costco.

It’s Costco pharmacy being taken over by China there was not one single other race there only Asians and they don’t understand anything i said. They only understand chopped English. Frustration to no end

The toilet paper at Costco used to be the best, but they have changed the product, now its the worst. It doesn't work well at all, it does not absorb and it falls to peices as you try to use it....the bathroom floor is littered with tp balls as is your neither regions, I have talked to others and they say the same.....Costco, please go back to the old version.....the "softest most absorbant" is the worst!

It's a gas station, not much to say but since I can't leave a 20 word review... It's always clean, has good prices, and has digital sensors above each filling station so you know when to drive up if you can't see around the cars in front of you.

This Costco warehouse isn't as large as other Sacramento locations. Confirmed via chat with a store associate.But Roseville Costco has a larger gas station than Expo and Citrus Heights!This location specializes in organics. And some unique items like a Spanish infused pig/ham that I glanced at.Indoor food court. Still only selling the "meh" products - pizza (cheese or pepperoni), hot dog and soda (still $1.50), chicken bake, churro, iced coffee, sundae, smoothie, mmm, I think that's it. No BBQ brisket sammich or chili.Doesnt carry Mexican bottled Coca-Cola. See Expo, business center (Watt Ave), or Citrus Heights (irregular offering - found 1-17-23 in back corner by canned sodas and paper products).Bring patience to get through the stoplight and parking lot if you arrive and depart via CA-65.
