I developed a problem with one hearing aid while on a long road trip. I stopped here, which was the closest location. They looked up my account, found that my hearing aid was still under warranty (barely) and handed me a replacement on the spot. Excellent service.

The staff here seek to fit their customers with the hearing aid best for them. Adjustments are made as needed, all with the Costco lower price and excellent guarantee.
