wonderful place for licensed professionals to go! once you sign up it's pretty clear you need a license to continue shopping super helpful employees and really convenient for when I need supplies quickly!

It would be helpful if this company marketed that you need a beauty license to purchase. They have a lot of product and great deals but this store is not for unlicensed humans, which really sucks. So we will not be returning. The humans working were helpful, however I do feel a lot of our questions would have clued someone in that we weren't licensed. It was pretty clear that we needed a lot of support finding stuff and asking "how tos". Regardless, good merch if you have the ability to shop there.

I travel quite a bit around California and I have been to countless Cosmoprofs. With that, I can tell you that this is hands-down the best one I've ever been to. Everything was fully stocked, which I cannot say about all Cosmoprof's. The woman working today I don't know what her name is, but she said she was going to school well working here. She deserves a raise, she was so helpful, answered all of my questions and so sweet.
