The lady here is very sweet. I've only been there a couple times. One trip was great, items were cleaned quickly. The other visit the spots I pointed out had been missed so I had to make another trip back. Honestly, I'll keep going here because the prices are reasonable and the lady is sweet.

Terrible service! Very dishonorable!! I dropped off two items and was given a receipt. When I returned to pick up, I was charged doubled the amount! Asked why, the owner said I had 2 items! I said the receipt I was given had the lesser amount. He didn’t care and didn’t care that I had been coming there for 20 years and continued to argue with me in Chinese! Never again.

Love this place and the owners! They are always willing to go above and beyond. My daughter had a flag football game and her shorts were not supposed to have pockets. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to find any basketball shorts that fit her without pockets, so I got ones with pockets. I took them to Continental cleaners and they sewed up the pockets for me right then in there! They were so kind about it. I’ve been coming to them for years.Services: Clothing alterations & repairs

The main problem with this business is the communication skills of its owner, Cho. It is clear from his speech that he was not born in a predominantly English-speaking country. It was really difficult to speak with him. My wife brought in a hooked rug for dry cleaning and identified it was made of wool. Cho accepted it with no warnings. When the rug was returned, it looked like the rug had been washed and not dry cleaned as colors had bled from one area of the rug to another. When the rug was brought back to Cho, he agreed that the colors had bled and asserted that such would happen whether the rug was washed or dry cleaned. Cho said there are no guarantees associated with his work. He made no attempt to even offer a partial refund. He did offer to dry clean the rug again for another $45.00 and stated that the second dry cleaning would not remove the colors that stained the areas that had been only white. Had Cho initially acknowledged that the dry cleaning would likely destroy the rug, it would not have been left with Cho for cleaning.

I'm not someone who ever posts a negative review of a local business, but my recent experience has made me feel obligated to do it. I've been going to this cleaner for almost 10 years without any issues, but today was a completely different story. I recently dropped off a brand new dress for my wife which still had the tags on it, and I just wanted it to be steamed. When I picked it up today there was a section in the front of the dress where the material was melted and it was obviously damaged by this cleaner. When I confronted the owners about it they completely ignored the issue and said "that's not our problem". To say I'm disgusted and disappointed would be an understatement. I never asked for anything related to my issue, but their lack of accountability was nothing short of disrespectful. They've lost our business indefinitely!!!

Hello I had my wedding tuxedo altered at the last minute and they had my suit ready the next day. Pricing was excellent for the service and turn around time. The lady at who took my order at the front was extremely friendly and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. I really appreciate her for helping me have my suit ready. I have taken two purses in to be cleaned and a blouse to be mended and they did a excellent job on all of my items. I find the staff to be very friendly and I have found my go to shop for alterations and cleaning. Thank you for a great job!

For the last three years I have been going to Continental Cleaners and never had any issues with this business. This is my go to place for alterations and dry cleaning. Personally, I like their warm friendly smiles and their professionalism. The service is always A+ quality. This what's keep me coming back and their prices are reasonable. If there is any issues with your cleaning they will address it with the customer in mind always first priority. Also, I highly recommend this business to my friends and family.
