We have been going to this pond store for over 15 years now, for various products, equipment, fish, etc. Basically for all our pond needs. Recently, we purchased some koi and a few days later all of them plus all our other fish died off. We were in a state of mourning for a couple weeks. We don’t know what happened. The owner, Mark, stepped in and even came out to our house to try to diagnose the issue. We still haven’t been able to figure out what happened but over the course of several weeks, we purchased a bigger stronger pump as well as other recommended chemicals. We’re working together to start anew and get the pond back up to normal, with new fish, etc. Mark has been so accessible to us, which is the definition of going the extra mile. It’s much appreciated. We will continue to patronize this establishment and recommend them to neighbors and family.

Got some nice full size plants for our new container pond. Helped by a very nice man. They have lots of different size Koi fish . If u want a stream or pond in your backyard come here. They also design and build them

Best Pond Shop In the Area
I can’t say enough good things about Complete Ponds in Roseville. They’re incredibly helpful and flexible. Correy answers all my questions about how to keep my water clean, how to avoid algae, what to do when strange things happen, and she knows the answer when I say, “Do you have that chlorine negator stuff?” They offer service for building and installing ponds, repair, spring and fall cleaning and they do great work. They have a good supply of fish food, pond supplies, lights, and other do it yourself gear, plants , goldfish, and koi. They are knowledgeable enough to explain to me why I should use one food instead of another and they offer alternatives on how to keep my pond algae free without using an algicide. What would I do without them? Happy fish.

Corey is amazing, she has so much knowledge and info on all aspects of pond construction and maintenance. My wife and I love this place and have purchased almost everything for our pond here. The entire staff is super nice and extremely knowledgeable.

With a water test, I was given valuable information on the caring for my koi. Wasn't "pushed" to purchase anything. Young lady that helped me knew what she was doing and I appreciated it.

Very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. They are willing to show and help you fix things if you bring them in, such as your pond filter (ours is the PondMax SF650). Would definitely recommend going here for your pond needs.
