Jande Beitpolous and Teresa Cortes observed my child had a head injury leading to a nose bleed at 10am and I wasn’t informed until my own 2 year old daughter told me at 5pm, when confronted she laughed and says she doesn’t have to notify parents of a head injury. Please be aware as these are the directors and assistant directors at Roseville and may work here now, she should not work with children and I am currently in the process of legal action for child negligence. They take in kids as early as 6 weeks and they admitted they won’t advocate for the children and these children can’t advocate for themselves making this a non safe environment for children. I also have a recording of the meeting I had with them in case anyone wants to deny it on this platform.

I have two children who have been at Childtime for over a year now. It has been great to watch them grow as individuals and learn social dynamics. They are both excited each morning about going to school to see their teachers and friends. We have found the staff to be accommodating to our kids needs. Our older son needed to have speech therapy and they provided a space for him and the SLP to have sessions once a week. The administration is always willing to listen to any concerns at you have as a parent and they work with you to resolve anything. Childtime uses an app to post updates about your childs day. (bathroom, mealtime and photos). I give this location 5 stars

We have been so happy with the care and attention our children receive here. Every provider takes a sincere interest in their wellbeing and growth. We love the frequent picture and video updates so we feel like a part of their day.

We are very happy with Childtime and our child loves it there and is always happy to go see friends and teachers! The teachers are amazing and do so many fun activities with the children. They do a great job listening and understanding if we have any concerns and are always quick to resolve anything. We love that they post updates about our child's day, pictures, and video. We have had a great experience here and definitely recommend!

My daughter is usually very vocal and happy. Her demeanor changed quite a bit the 5 weeks we had her there. One teacher in particular came across as a little abrasive and unhappy as if she didn't want to be there. My daughter would literally hide behind me when she saw her. I had an unsettling feeling but my daughter never told me anything except that one day she yelled when the kids didn't listen. she wasn't her main teacher and would only see her shortly in the morning so we decided to give it a try. Be prepared, my daughter got pretty sick twice in those few weeks and you're still expected to pay for keeping your sick child home although they didn't notify us of any exposures and let sick kids stay at the center. I had to ask if they knew what was going around at the center because she wasn't getting better after a few days and I was in communication with her doctor on what we should test for. You can clearly see some of the kids were sick but they still let them stay. I get parents have to work, but come on, you have no idea how it can effect others and if you know your child is sick keep them home. Overall I wouldn't recommend if your child isn't fully potty trained. My daughter kept getting a rash and at first I thought it was her not communicating she needed to go potty or had an accident. I later learned that wasn't the case. Finding her in a soiled pull up that you can tell had been there a while as evident by me having to clean dry poop from my daughter's bottom with was the last straw for me. Besides the app and Mrs. Bailey I don't really have anything positive.

Worst place I unfortunately allowed my child to attend. They recorded my child without permission, purposely provoked them to get a reaction for the videos they took, and took advantage of a single mother calling me at work to pick them up and not return for a week but still pay to keep their spot. I obviously left and found a new place, which happened to have a girl who was at this same child time and left for similar abusive and neglectful reason (her parent was also a single working mom). I hope Stacey is no longer is in charge there and things have improved for the kids safety and sake. The company as a whole failed in following up on the neglectful and wrong treatment of my child as well as many others. Imagine your 2.5 year old shamefully asking for help to button their pants whilst potty training, and having the teacher mock them and tell everyone to laugh at them not being able to get their buttons done. I'd stay far far away from this place.

Scheduled a virtual tour, stayed on the call for 20 mins with no answer. I called them, the guy was rude and eventually hung up in my face. When I called back my call was disconnected instantly. I really wanted to do business with these people but they are unprofessional and I wouldn’t dare leave my child in their hands. First impressions are everything!

This is the best daycare ever! I love how flexible they are with the early hours. We purchased a 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday), if you need to change up a day they will let you. That is so valuable because my days that I work change. Samuel's teacher has been at Child time for five years and that was one of the reasons I chose child time. The teacher is amazing and she seems very kind. I totally feel comfortable with everyone I have met at child time. I like the app because they are good at communicating with me and sending pictures. This is our first daycare experience and the teachers were very helpful in helping our little boy transition. He tells me he loves school and wants to go

As a parent, we want to find the perfect place where we can feel peace of mind while leaving our little ones. Childtime is that place for us. They follow every safety guideline, the center is clean, follow COVID guidelines, teachers at the infant program are AMAZING, very professional, kind, and take outstanding care of my 3m/o; Heather —the director— is very sweet and flexible while treating the parents. I see a happy kid every time I pick him up. I was worried that I couldn’t find a place that could have him while I go to school but leaving him at this center has been the best decision so far.

My son goes here and is in the toddler room....YOU GUYSSSSSSS!!! Let me just tell you, if you are not sending your kiddos here, you need to be. Heather, the director is beyond amazing and is always there hands on and super helpful. Janelle is great and seems to always get back to my millions of questions a day. My son has friends he talks about and tells me new fun things he learns and they help us with POTTTTY TRAINING! I have never had a daycare who helps focus on that! Nikki, Kayla and Shy are the 3 teachers my son raves about and a few of his friends that I hear about. From drop off to pick up I am seeing him and getting updates through their super connected app with parents. He is happy when I drop him off and doesnt want to leave when I pick him up. That is the one thing that makes my heart happy. He loves it and we love these amazing humans who care for my son-Jackie Tirrell

Our daughter loves this daycare, or should I say home away from home! I'm so glad we decided to try Childtime for her. She is SO happy there! We started her there when she was 6 months and she is now 2. Every room that she has attended has been fantastic! The staff is amazing and really make you feel like part of their family. They are very attentive to the needs of every child. Our daughter is getting a great start here! I would recommend this facility to everyone!
