Bad car wash, got most expensive one and it didnt even washed off dust from roof of my car and left window remained completely dirty. Will not return here

They have everything we need, no complaints. They have vacuums and air, a car wash, mid-size convenience store, lottery sales, and of course gas pumps that give us our discounts that we earn at Safeway.The staff is always friendly. It’s always clean, though I’ve never used the restrooms, I’d imagine they are well kept.We have the Everwash app for the car wash, so we never need cash or card. We just tap the app on our cell phones and show the QR Code to the camera, and in we go. —— OH - I must warn you if you use the car wash. There are some people who will wait up at the wash line or even sit inside the wash area, as if they have paid, but they are actually waiting for you to pull up to the payment box and when you pay for a wash it gives “them” a green light to enter. This happened to me enough times that now I make sure the car ahead of me is being washed - actually with water spraying - before I will use the app to pay for a wash. It would be nice if the station would move the pay box to the entering area instead of back where another car can wait as if it has paid. Or, install a gate that lets cars through only if they have paid. But, for now I just make sure the car ahead is not waiting for me to pay. (Once I got out, stood at the entrance watching a car sit there with no water and no lights from the mechanisms, apparently waiting for me to pay. I just stood there with hands on hips. They inched forward, and after about 3 minutes drove off.) I’ve walked up to cars waiting for me to pay twice, to tell them to just drive through because I’m not going to pay with them sitting there. It’s not the station’s fault, but they could redesign the entry so people don’t pay for washes they don’t receive.Anyway, it’s our go to station for most quick needs like lottery, vacuum, gas and car washes.

My visit to this location was great prices were competitive and pump area was clean and trashes not overflowing as most are. The store was well maintained aisles empty of overflowing sale items, counter area was kinda full of random grab and go items but that's expected.Overall great visit Thank you!

It was 7:30am and I'm t this location looking to pay cash for gasoline in order to get the cheaper price but they don't have change for cash yet... (they just opened). So then I asked if they could ring me up at the register changing the price to the lower cash price (since that was the plan from the beginning). I spoke with Klara (Manager) she said there was nothing she can do... sorry. What's the point of having a cash price if you are unable to pay cash?

Car wash is great when it works...inventory issues... air, water vacuum, cost extra, and usually out of service or under performing.

Fuel pump 10 tried charging $4699.00 for 1.1 gallons. Switched over to pump 7 and it would not function at all. Store staff said "nothing they can do without a manager" whom would not be around until monday morning. Dysfunctional equipment and service.

The short kid Aubrey is extremely rude and completely ignored me when I walked up to register and said good morning hello. Then she stood there staring at me for about 10 seconds before asked if she was open then looked at me like I had offended her And said with a rude attitude yeah. If this is the customer service that is typical at this Chevron I would recommend going somewhere else there are Several other gas stations nearby. Please change your attitude Aubrey you will go further in life.
