I’ve been to several salons in the sac area and even tried a salon in Las Vegas but the results I’ve gotten from getting a wax and bleach treatment at this salon were immediate. Suzi was very informative and thorough with every step. I’ve gotten 30 min treatments before with no results but with only 1 procedure I noticed results immediately at charmed salon. This is definitely the best salon to go to in the Sacramento area

I don't live in Roseville but decided to buy some products online because of the amazing deals! There was an error in my order so I contacted the salon and they resolved the issue in minutes and gave me more than I had hoped for. Very professional and amazing communication. I also loved the products I purchased from this salon. I will definitely be buying more soon!

SUZI MCEVILY ROCKS CHARMED SALON! I have known her since Aesthetics school. I have worked with her. I have worked for her. I have been her client, so has my daughter and many others I know. I have known her 16, 17 years now. She has a long term loyal following. Impeccable at her skilled talents. She is a professional with an incredible work ethic. Great character and integrity. Suzi started taking care of my eyebrows over a year ago. The before and after speaks for itself. Yesterday, I had my first facial here, amazing , relaxing , and my fiancé kissed my face forever this morning saying how soft my skin is. Charmed has a rad, rock 'n roll vibe, and smells delicious!! Thanks, Suzi, for turning my lame brows to luscious!!

I went in for my first ever lash extentions appointment with Valerie. She was nice and gave me a " Natural" set for a good price point. I was happy to agree to buy the 4 fills for 120$ . After one fill she would never get me in . She accused me of missing an appointment and that being responsible for eating up on of the fills. Every time I made a fill appointment she canceled . She said she was having issues with her daughter. Eventually I just asked for my money back . She said yes. Then she apologized and said she would put a check in the mail. The check never came. She booked me once more. At this point I said " please just hand me the cash back if you have to cancle for any reason ". She got bitchy with me. A still never got my three fills or any cash back. I was robber. Even after being very kind through the whole thing , and tipping her for the work she did do,
