This was absolutely the worst experience I have had . My appointment was at 2pm but didn't get started until 3pm. I provided Shau a picture of what I wanted and she assured me she could do the Boho Braids with a blunt cut. I asked for shoulder length. After she finished it was very late so decided to look at hair when I got home. OMG!!! Where do I start ? The braids were stiff due to not dipping, and rubber band popping off which made braids iunravel. Hair was way to short and gel packed on so Much took me three washes to get it out.. I text Shay and she agreed that she would give half of the money back. Well she sent me on a wild goose chase and never kept her word. I would strongly suggest if you want an honest and responsible stylist I would avoid this place. Very sad that there are still shady people in business.

Went in nervous, came out very pleased with my experience! Brenda was very professional and provided a comfortable atmosphere. Strongly recommend!
