Even though I didn't end up going with this shop, their tech on the phone was an absolute professional. Courteous and provided resoundingly good advice on taking care of my vehicle's audio situation. I can't give anything but my highest endorsement to a company that is honest and has the best interest of their customer at heart. Will use and recommend them in the future.

About 7.months ago car audio innovations did a full stereo upgrade in my tundra for me. Been loving the music ever since. Sounds soooo good! The team here was so helpful in recommending what would work best and the install was perfect. No complaints 7 months in. Everytime I have a new passenger they are wowed by the sound. Highly recommend

I had an issue with my plug in charger. They found it (blown fuses) quickly, didn't try to sell me anything extra, was out of there in a jiffy. I'll use them again and def recommend.

Needed the head and amp updated in my 2003 Boxster. Porsches have a nightmare audio setup. Rod set me up with a Kenwood amp and head, doing all the installation. He and his assistant specialize in these difficult setups. Was able hear my playlist off my phone at 75 with the top dropped and windows down with no problem afterwards. This is the man to do the work if your car is German.

I was recommended Car Audio Innovations by a friend, now let me be your friend and say come here. I had the worst previous owner possible and the team fixed my speakers and cleaned up all the horrible wiring and live wires that the previous owner left for an amazing price! I was blown away by amazing customer service and a man who stuck to his word and got the job done quickly and effectively. Rod and his crew specialize in great sounding car audio with an emphasis on excellent customer service. CAI carries some of the best car audio gear available but it's their service that makes them so unique and outstanding.My latest visit was to diagnose an issue I had been having with my alarm that they installed over 10 years ago. They came up with a workable solution to the issue and had me on my way in about 15 minutes. Best of all, no charge. Rod called it his "lifetime happiness guarantee". After looking at a few places in our area I decided to go with Rod and his team purely based on his professionalism and clear enthusiasm and customer service oriented attitude! He was very communicative and straightforward about their level of high quality workmanship and associated costs for that quality. You get what you pay for. We are very happy with the work they did on our Porsche Boxster and they brought the entertainment to life in our ride and we enjoy it so much more as a result! Highly recommend if you want your install to be extremely clean, professional and just done right these guys won't fail you.
