I am extremely pleased with my experience with California Backyard. I have been shopping for a built in BBQ and side burner. I have been to many other stores ready to buy, but did not. When I walked into California Backyard and met Seth Morgan, my experience changed for the better. He made the experience very personal. He listened very closely to what I needed and wanted. He did some research and talked with me about my options. I am very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I now have the perfect BBQ and Side burner for my outdoor kitchen. I highly recommend Seth and California Backyard for all your backyard needs.

I can't say enough about the sales and warehouse staff in Roseville. Seth, my salesman was amazing to work with and matched every price I should him. Deb and the rest of the warehouse staff went above and beyond when I picked up my items. Thank you so much to all!

Seth made all the difference in assisting with our decision to purchase a jacuzzi hot tub at this location. He was knowledgeable on all aspects of our questions, quick to respond to any of our follow up questions, including sending videos when we were preparing for our electrical prior delivery and utube videos on the start up and chemicals. His customer service is outstanding.

The delivery process was smooth, but the Mont Alpi grille has a missing refrigerator knob and damage to some areas of granite. These items were noted on the delivery paperwork and I asked for someone to contact me, but I have not heard from anyone for over a week since it was delivered. It is disappointing to spend this much money and not even receive a phone call to try to remedy the situation.

My wife and I recently went into the Roseville store and worked with Seth. He helped us select the perfect tub for our location and made good suggestions on features and add ons. He actually saved us some money on a feature he suggested that we did not need. His follow up was always prompt and he was friendly and helpful during every interaction. He referred us to an electrician who was the best I have ever met. The delivery team was right on time and were very careful with the tub. Once I had gone through the set up I had a few questions and Seth was extremely helpful and gracious on the phone. He's been doing this a long time and his experience shows. He also has that one trait you always want from someone - he cares!

Purchased a hot tub several years ago from Seth. I'm always returning bc it's a nice store. I buy my hot tub chemicals from Seth. He's very helpful and knowledgable.

Just purchased a fire pit table from Seth M. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all of our questions, checked inventory levels and ran down a cover for us as well. Great place for all things outdoor.

I am going to start off by letting you know that I am the Crazy Christmas Lady. I love Christmas!!! And California Backyard is a dream Christmas playground! I could spend days in the store because there is so much selections. They have it ALL!!! Ribbon, lights, garland, ornaments, trees, decor, outside decor.....EVERYTHING!!! Prices range from super affordable to extravagant. There's something for every budget. And they have great sales to sweeten the pot! For 10 years we have been going here for Christmas ornaments. As a family we each pick out an ornament that calls to us. Actually it started at their sister store but that one is no longer open. The quality of their products have us driving over the hill into California because we know we will find the perfect items for our Christmas tree. When you go there just know you may be there for some time. It's definitely a dream for those of us that love Christmas. PS: if you aren't looking for Christmas the have the best outdoor furniture you can find!!! When I am in the market I'll definitely be coming here to set up my outdoor living space.

I recently purchased a hot tub from California Backyard in Roseville and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. There was a hiccup with the scheduling of the delivery but the team at the store quickly resolved the issue. Seth Morgan was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and even a couple months after getting the tub has been an excellent source of information on maintenance and care.

Super pleased with the helpful and friendly service provided by California Backyard in repairing my 10' Christmas tree lights! Very appreciative of their quick and thorough attention to getting my tree fully lit again at the start of the holidays, and for giving me a quick education on how to identify and replace burned out bulbs/strands myself in the future. Jeff at the front desk was particularly pleasant and helpful!!!
