While in the dressing room trying on dresses I hear my saleswoman discussing how sick she is with her coworkers. Not cool and not funny. Hearing how bad she felt but still working to spread it around!!

I was followed around the store the entire time I was looking for clothes the older lady would not leave me alone. I tried to add address to my fitting room and she quickly went in there and counted the items. I will never buy anything from them again big mistake. Big mistake.

Super duper cute clothes! Was greeted at the door by a friend lady and she was so nice and helpful. She went though the shop and helped me pick of different pieces and ended up finding the dress of my dreams :)

Snobby for no reason. Since they don't acknowledge customers, I will not be acknowledging the store. Things looks janky and cheap in there. Good luck.

Such a fun and awesome store! I can't walk in here without wanting to walk out with a bag full of clothes. The prices are totally worth it for the high quality clothes that you are purchasing and the staff is so friendly and welcoming.

I've been a loyal shopper at BU for over half a decade. This is a local business owned by Robin and maintained by her amazing staff of associates. I'm acknowledging Robin and her manager Sharna in this long overdue review. Thank you both for creating a safe and beautiful space to allow our sense of style, self empowerment and femininity to flourish. I know Robin to be a beautiful and courageous business woman who thrives in the most difficult times. Sharna, her manager, has not only been my personal in-store stylist, she's also been an inspirational force by sharing her light and beauty in ways to inform my own ever evolving style. Sharna gets the journey and has helped me feel good about what I'm wearing for Any occasion. Sharna is not only gifted as a transformational stylist, she also has a huge and beautiful heart and spirit. Anyone who meets her at BU will come to love her. Wow! So beyond disappointed with this place. I recently purchased a sweater here (along with $300 worth of other items) and when I wore the sweater once, it fell apart! I was so disappointed. I brought the sweater back, fully expecting at the very least store credit and an apology. Nope! They scoffed at me when I explained I'd spent a lot of money at their store and basically shrugged me off. I left and told them to throw it out, since it's completely unwearable. You should really reconsider the snobby attitudes and lack of customer service. Especially in this economical climate selling Forever 21 quality sweaters for $60-$90. You'll go under- and fast if you keep this up.

Went here to get my girlfriend a couple gifts. I would say it was a pleasant experience. It was very cute and chic inside. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful with selecting gifts that my girlfriend would like.

I've been to this boutique quit a few times in the past and it has always been a fun experience. But recently the last couple of times I've been there was less than a pleasant experience. Nobody greeted me as I walked inside and the employees seemed a bit snotty. Which is not good for thier little business considering the latest merchandise and thier display. It's a little dated and the store itself can use a little dusting and tidying up. I really dont want to criticize but just wanted to voice my opinion about your little boutique and may e keep you from losing more customers. I myself will be taking my business to more fun welcoming stores like Anthropology.

Visited this store today and the service was out of this world! I'm a larger size and expected the usual snobby glance like good luck with that. Instead Sharna said "Wait here and I will set some tops by the dressing room for you in your size!" She was so nice and caring and made me feel very comfortable. She was very knowledgeable about fashion and helped me pick some new things I would never even have tried on. I walked out with 3 tops even though I thought I was just going to be waiting for my friend to shop. She helped my friend too in the same way and she also got 3 cool items. I can't wait to visit again now that I have a new unique place to shop! Try it!!

Best boutique in town! I was in search of the perfect outfit and the owner personally drove the top I wanted to the Roseville store from Folsom. Love the girls that work here. Super friendly and helpful.
