Great experience. Chris and Mark are awesome. They went out of their way to assist me with my Brother's wheelchair. It was something out of the norm. If you need a cycle or help, make sure you see them. I left happy. ?

Stopped in for some parts and got gouged, my fault for shopping here….. but needed the parts. I said Wow that’s expensive! Think they charged me for their whole box of valve stems!!! No double checking of the price just a blank stare. Won’t ever shop here again.

I brought my bike here 10 days ago since the back wheel needed a rebuild, and the front wheel needed truing or an alignment service.
Here is a short timelime of the things that went wrong since:
Initially, I was told the bike would be completed by Wednesday at the latest.
I called Wednesday to pick it up and was told someone forgot to out in an order so they hadn't even started, and the business wasn't sure if they would even have it done by the weekends.
Then something good happened. I got a call today, and they said work done, but the rear tire blew/slipped off. So, I brought in a spare tire for the workers to install. When I got it there, I was told they wouldn't put it on because it's old, which risked a similar issue. (Both of these tires are 1 year old, btw).
So I paid the bill and took the bike home without the rear tire installed. Once I got home, I installed the rear tires myself WITHOUT any issue and even used the SAME TIRE they said blew off.
LASTLY, I spun both the front and back tires to inspect if they have been trued. And guess what? Both the rebuild and the "trued" front tires are still badly misaligned. This was a really disappointing experience here, and it will be my last one!
I hope you find my review helpful in finding the right bike shop because this ain't it.

I can't say enough about the absolutely amazing customer service this business brings to our local market.. yet again the driving reason to buy locally from a long term bike shop.. Why you ask? Well unfortunately my daughter had her bike stolen on campus in Davis.. we were having a problem finding the receipt.. so I called where I bought it only to find out the computers have been upgraded: however Mark went the extra mile and mentioned maybe the flagship store (that has been in fair oaks since I was a kid.. at least 50 years I know of) maybe has the older info there.. I then called there to reach Dave.. they were hella busy but said he would research for my receipt and call me back.. he was nice enough to call back the same day with the receipt which he went the extra mile and emailed me.. insurance company was happy.. daughter was happy. Dad was happy... try getting that from a big box store.. !!!! It's definitely worth the time and money to support this business.. thanks guys for making our day.. truly appreciate it .. hopefully you'll be there another 50 years so my extended family can purchase bikes from you..cheers hopefully I got your names right:)

After using various bicycle shops in the Rocklin/Roseville/Folsom areas, Bob's has the best service and quality around. I have done tune-ups, tire repairs, seat repairs and equipment changes here now for over two years. Not sure why any bad reviews would make sense.

I purchased my bike there about three years ago and I have been back for every service, tire, support need, etc. since. The entire staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Greg and Remy in particular are always helpful and personable when I come in and offer great advice. I do not write a bunch of reviews, but I felt it was import to take the time to write this one. Bob's is a great store with great people. I highly recommend.

just purchased my second bike today a felt road bike guy helping me was more then helpful he was patient with me answering my questions showing me the differences about the 2 bikes i was looking at beyond satisfied again i wouldn't go anywhere else but here bobs in roseville went thru everything about the bike with me and what not amazing !

Absolutely outstanding service. Everyone is so nice here. I am not sure how this place doesn't have more reviews. .. I brought my tricycle in that dates back to the 1900s . If needed a lot of repairs The older guy they called the wizard . Was extremely nice .. i'm totally understood the history that I was trying to preserve and keep it as original as possible as the wheel was bent .. this tricycle has a lot of sentimental value, and I really wanted to keep it extremely like it was not Repaor too many things, but to see if they could just get to be able to roll ..

First time there, I was excited to find a local bike shop, as I've been disappointed with the the chain stores service pricing. The crew there was awesome and they did a great job wrapping my handlebars and getting my bike back to me a day early. It's especially great because I now work about a mile away so it's convenient to come back.

Went today to purchase a mountain bike for my teen for a mountain biking club. Completely ignored by all staff who instead chatted about personal stuff or just stood there and avoided eye contact. That's okay- just headed out.

I'm just going to give u guys a 5 star but I'm the person that took the black and green bike In about like 1 week and a half to get a new axel and I rode It only 3 days because I've been out of town n I noticed something wrong n my axel is bent anything I can do,but other than the the service was very fast only took a day

Other local bike shops insisted that we leave the bike until they could get to it. The repair was a simple valve stem 5 min. Bobs was fast courteous and even offered to help load the bike after our 3.50 repair. Staff was far superior than any other place we went in Roseville/Rocklin. Thanks!!
