They got my truck through fairly quickly even though it was very busy. They did a very good job with the final details of the wash. I am quite satisfied.

I think the best full service car wash in Rocklin-Roseville. You can get gas, you can get a wash or detail they also detail rv's you can take a walk and get lunch while you are waiting. They really spend the time cleaning your car! Keep doing a great job!

Never again. When I pulled up, I saw zero customers, just a few guys standing around. I thought they were homeless...very dirty,messy clothing. It ends up they're employees. I decided to stay- big mistake. I got a wash that was over 30 bucks. The wash and the 60 seconds they spent on it after going through the wash totalled approximately 5 minutes. The interior was barely touched. Windows-interior-NOT TOUCHED at all. If I had had a bucket of soapy water, a towel and some Windex I could have done a better job in 20 minutes. A few days later I went to Justin's (they have always been the BEST) and had a great job done on the car. Definitely easy to understand why I never saw another customer.

I have a pest control business and I take my pest control truck there to get washed Frank is the person that works the front when you first get there my truck was so filthy I had to get it washed twice second time was no charge the detail guys at the end really worked hard on the inside of the cab getting all the dog hair up keep up the great work guys kudos to the staff and Frank

I wouldn’t recommend this place as the quality of the service is very poor and has been going down for my last few visits. They take longer then you think they should, they don’t go in order as the cars come in as I had 3 cars that clearly came in behind me were finished before mine on my last time there and the last 3 visits to this car wash I had to finish cleaning my car once I got home due to the poor quality of workmanship of the employees. This was and will be my very last time I ever take any of my vehicles to this business and will tell everyone to steer clear as it’s not worth the wasted time or money

I took my car to Bobs I've had my car for just over a year. My car had zero damage when I dropped it off. Now the leather seat is damaged. Won't be going back to Bobs.

VERY understaffed on the weekends. I cannot give more than two stars - I was waiting so long to have the dryer/detail person get to my car, I had to leave. I was there for an hour after arrival and there were still four cars in front of me. Had I stayed, it would have easily taken two hours from the time I left the car with the vacuumers. I was in the area and decided to try it, but I won't be back.

This car wash takes so long. Before Covid they had lots of staff now only a few workers and prices are much higher. I think this is my last time because I don’t have all day to wait like this it’s too bad I use to love coming here. And the inside smells like an old thrift store now . SAD

WASTE OF MONEY Firstly, we got the diamond service which costed $36. I came back after 45 minutes and the whole front bumper was as if they didn't touch it all all. There were multiple spots where I literally rubbed my finger on it and it came right off. Not my fingernails, just the bottom of my thumb and the spots came right off. Secondly, they claim they vacuum in the inside but there was still loose sand and dirt on my black car mat. I'm not putting it under a microscope but there was still a lot of visible dust in between the seats and on the bottom. Obviously for nearly $40 we complained and the supervisor came and took our keys. Didn't say any thing and didn't bother to ask what was wrong. He took the car back to the detailing area or whatnot and made two employees "redo" the car. The employees didn't know what to do and just kept wiping down the windows. I pointed out the front bumper and they took a harsh sponge to it and dam near took off all the coating on the paint. At this point I said enough is enough and drove off because I knew there they would only f*** it up more. Dogshit service. Don't come here.

So I recently moved out to Citrus Heights and was looking for a good car detail/wash place I came across bobs about 2 months ago and have been going basically every week. At first it seemed like a great business my car would be looking great , but about the last month or so coming here has been terrible I have to constantly remind employees of basic things like tire shine or water on mirrors even wheels not being cleaned . Spending $50 every week plus tip I shouldn't have to go home and finish the job myself .

I've been going to this car wash for over 5 years. I even continued to drive to this car wash after I moved 20 minutes away. The service has taken a sharp turn in the last 6 months. Every time I arrive, they refuse to allow me to get anything better than the basic wash stating that they don't have time. Last time, they advised me to call the front desk to schedule if I wanted anything more than a basic wash. Today, I did just that, even though it's ludicrous that I should have to. I got confirmation that I could get a hand wax and leather. When I get there Im told that there's no time and its not gonna happen. Then another employee chimes in "sh*t happens." No joke that's the way they treated a customer asking for a car wash at a car wash. Im highly disappointed. I'll be going elsewhere from now one.

Today I took my car around 3:15 and I paid $ 41.99 waiting for a better service but instead I got a bad service my door is still dirty my car in front they did not clean it at all they took like 10 minutes to clean it and normally they take more than 35 minutes, and I can't tell anyone, because they were all in the back, but for this case I could have cleaned it at home I will definitely never going back there,and I recommend that if you decide to go there check your car....
