Made an appointment and showed up a few minutes early. I was greeted right away and got checked in. Everything was explained to me and happened the way the service tech said it would. It was a great experience!

Took my new X5 plug in for its first service, and had a great experience with Nyphon. He was honest, easy to work with and even paid for my Uber while they looked into some diagnostics. Pleasantly surprised to get a version summary from the technician when the service was complete - very professional and thorough.

The staff at BMW of Roseville are the BEST! Every time my X5 needs service, they are accommodating and helpful. They always have a loaner available, and offer suggestions on how to maintain my car. Great job!

Nyphon, my service advisor, was top tier. Identified and clearly communicated the service required and knowing I had an out of town trip planned, worked with the team to have my vehicle ready ahead of schedule. It’s worth the drive from Sacramento for this level of support.

BMW Roseville Parts will not sell you a BMW battery unless you also pay to have their service dept. install the battery as well - very sus. Niello BMW Parts will sell you a battery hassle-free, make the 15 min drive and take your business there.

Customer service was adequate I went in for a brake repair. I dropped my car off at 7:50 and was told my vehicle would be ready by 3:00pm. Something happened and their system crashed. My vehicle unexpectedly had to stay over night. I was never offered anything for my inconvenience. Not a discount or a loaner vehicle. I didn’t need either but I don’t know if I will return. My vehicle was completed by 11:00 am the next day.
