As someone who had absolutely no clue where to start on how to get an engagement ring, Blue Nile made this process so easy to understand. Jacob helped me at this location and taught me everything I would need to know when buying a ring, whether that was going to be with them or somewhere else. I briefly checked a couple other spots and came right back to Blue Nile because they were there to help me and I could feel that difference.
