I'd give them more stars if I could. Had an absolute great experience with Keith and Stephen. They replaced and sized a watchband for me while I waited despite some unanticipated difficulties. Keith clearly had lots of experience and tackled what should have been an easy job with ease after problems arose. These guys really know their business and I'll certainly use them again

Superb experience thus far! I came in on a weekday to have my diamond bracelet fixed, it had been broken in half due to a work mishap, and it was very dainty so I was afraid that it would not be able to be fixed. However, Keith, the man that helped me, was very patient, understanding, and quick to fix the jewelry for me. It was ready within a few days for me to pick up! I am very happy with my experience here thus far, and I highly recommend for any jewelry, repairs and jewelry purchases.

I'd been in once before to have my rings cleaned and re-shaped and had an amazing experience then. I came back to have my rings appraised and window shop for a new one for our next anniversary had the same amazing service and professionalism. I can't wait to come back and design & order a new wedding ring when the time comes. Keith and the staff are amazing and I will be sure to recommend everyone to Bianca's.

These co-owners are the most amazing, and generous people ever! Most jewelry shop owners/employees are impatient, obnoxious and obviously looking for a quick sale… However, it was not like that here and the few times that I have been there. I can see why the neighbors are constantly raving about this place on social media. They are just incredible people. If you are looking for a jeweler, please don't hesitate to come here.

Had a great experience buying my wedding band here! I left buying my band until the last minute so was somewhat stressed. Keith helped me find exactly what I was looking for, in our budget within five minutes. He was able to get the ring to the store earlier than expected and it's beautiful. I get compliments on it all the time. Would highly recommend this business!

Bianca's is great and I highly recommend them. I had a ring that needed repair -- it's my wedding ring so I was very eager to get it fixed fast. I was pleasantly surprised when Keith stopped what he was doing and fixed it right then on the spot while I waited. So quick, so amazing. And they're very sweet! Keith engaged with my children and was very gracious-- my son asked him about a King Triton crown and Keith was sweet enough to pretend to consider and look around whether or not they had a mermaid crown for sale (the Little Mermaid movie had just come out and my son was obsessed with King Triton). It was very sweet. And I love my fixed ring!

My husband and I went here to look for a 10 year anniversary ring. We dealt with Keith and not only was he incredibly pleasant to work with and funny, we gave him our budget out the door and he worked with us to find something that I loved that didn’t break our budget. Which was exceptional because I knew exactly what I wanted and what I wanted to spend on it. I highly recommend this location.

These guys are awesome! And prices are very reasonable. Keith and Stephan helped resize/restring my wife's pearl necklace and add a new clasp to it. I was a little down on my luck after talking with a few different jewelry stores that couldn't make it happen. But I spoke on phone with Keith and he assured me that Bianca's could do it!! So I brought it in and Stephan was very detailed and thorough in taking measurements and getting all the details taken down because I wanted a very specific length. I was a bit concerned because my wife wasn't there for the process. The necklace was ready a few days ahead of schedule and it fits my wife perfectly!!! We are pumped up!!! Keith even helped me look at ear ring options for our extra pearls and put together a quick ball park quote for me. These guys are the real deal. No high pressure sales tactics and they deliver the results!!!

Can't say enough about Keith & Chalo! They are fantastic and wonderful to work with. They provide an excellent inventory of jewelry, with prices that are competitive with any other jeweler. My wife and I are very pleased with our purchases and will definitely be shopping with them for quite a while!
