I had an excellent experience at Best Buy in Roseville last month, and I couldn't wait to share my positive feedback! Despite being understaffed due to a couple of call-outs, the Apple specialist went above and beyond to assist my Dad with the purchase of a Mini Mac and all the necessary cords. The Mac mini with M2 chip, 8GB, 256GB SSD has proven to be an awesome computer, delivering exceptional speed and performance. The specialist was not only professional and friendly but also managed to help multiple customers simultaneously. It was impressive to witness such efficient and dedicated service. Kudos to the Apple specialist for turning what could have been a challenging situation into a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. Overall, I highly recommend Best Buy in Roseville, especially for their outstanding customer service provided by their exceptional Apple specialist!

Set an appointment for a Geeksquad laptop system review. Arrived 10 minutes early. Waited 15 minutes before an associate acknowledged me and confirmed I had an appointment. Proceeded to sit down at their customer service table, and waited an additional 10 minutes while no less than 3 associates walked by without a single inquiry as to WHY I was there... Went to Customer Service and requested to speak with the department's manager...She was prompt and professional and apologized for the inconvenience - Now...if they could have had THAT type of attention in the beginning...I wouldn't be typing this review...Customer service is EASY! Be BETTER ...BEST BUY...because right now... you're - WORST BUY when it comes to customer service!!!

Every time I come here they literally have only 1 person on register that does register and customer service as people wait for over 10-15 minutes to get helped . Never have I had this experience at any other Best Buy

Best Buy has updated their return policy and backed it with parasites behind the counter to enforce the policies. Unfortunately, Best Buy has lost a multi decade loyal customer today. All over a $30.00 return. Counting my blessings that it wasn't a high priced item. God is good.

Been a few years since I been here. They remodeled over a year ago and it looks pretty great. They didn't have the KVM switch I needed but they had lots of cool things. That monitor is huge.

I guess this is my go to place when I need some electronic gadgets etc. I came here a few times already the very recent one is with my wife . We were Looking for wireless mouse or anything for her brand new laptop. Any accessories. This place is always busy. The last time prior to this was I got gift cards for Xmas . One got hacked . It was for my wife. I came back with that card and they reimbursed or replace with their own gift card. They have everything surprisingly people still like to come and explore just like old days except there's hardly any competition except online orders (Amazon and or eBay) I use to go to FRY's and sometime Circuit City. Wow that was so long ago. I think this place can better their check out process . Sometimes you stand and wait.

I have been a member of the geek club longer than I want to admit. The have, or can get what you want. I remember looking for a new dishwasher, and they told me to wait for the upcoming sale to purchase!

What happened, Best Buy?? Why do you have a call center in Nicaragua taking your calls?? I spent 15 mins. being transferred around that call center to make an appt for installation! The final guy I spoke to didn't know what he was doing and that's when he told me where they were located. He then asked if he wanted me to transfer the call to the local store! I gave up. My time is valuable. I'll find someone else to do the job. Meanwhile, if this is the route Best Buy is taking, then they are sinking their own ship. We've spent lots of money here- both business accounts and personal. NO MORE!! Goodbye Best Buy!

Terrible terrible customer service. The warranty at geek squad doesn’t want to fix anything , we paid for it basically for nothing. We bought a laptop that was broken the day we opened the box and we were told that we could not bring it back or get it fixed without paying $100. The manager made geek squad waive the fee but the geek squad customer service to Best Buy customer service is just terrible, rude, short, disrespectful & dismantled, nobody knows how to communicate apparently. No equity whatsoever. This location needs some serious training on how to treat customers when they walk through the door!! So disappointing, go to a diff location. Do not shop at this store.

I had extra $ so I decided to look around best buy see if anything peaks my interest but quickly felt the vibe was off Not a cool environment to browse around. Employees are always ?? and asking questions in a sus way. Won't go back

Wanted to actually see and try a few different TV’s. The salesperson was knowledgeable and patient with going through multiple models. Checkout was fast and easy. I very much appreciated that nobody tried to upsell me.
