The whole team is amazing and welcoming here… but I have to give a very special shoutout to Emily! I was looking for a particular item that’s been hard to find at other locations, and she went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of! Not only was I notified when the product was available in person, but she was very knowledgeable, professional, and kind throughout my interaction with her! It’s because of these interactions that I appreciate visiting and returning to a business… and now this one! So THANK YOU Emily for being a wonderful representation of caring for the customer!

docking one star due to one passive aggressive employee from december 23. i visited at 12pm and no, it wasn’t overly busy due to the holidays. everyone else was very nice and friendly but this one blonde employee with a tattoo on her neck/upper back was restocking something in the mens section to the right of the store. i asked her if there was a scent called flannel in stock and her response, “we don’t have FLANNEL, we have CLASSIC FLANNEL. not FLANNEL.” i almost didn’t thank her but unlike her, i have manners. at least she walked me over to where it was. didn’t appreciate being belittled over a name technicality ?
