Bank of America in general has to be the worst place to handle your money. Can't wait to find any other bank than them. They will hold your checks up to 6-7 days if they feel like it with little to no help to speed up the process

Yesterday was a rough day for people, chasing after a cashier check to be made in time to give to my new complex. I was already frustrated but the bankers at this location were SUPER helpful. I went in twice yesterday to complete my transaction and both times I left feeling less stressed. I can’t say how refreshing it is to come across workers who know how to de-escalate a frustrated customer without matching energy.

Location is great. Space is clean. Service tellers are nice and try to be helpful. Bank fees and holds are too long and too high. Online services are not able to provide services that are available to customers as anticipated. Referring customers to the branch. The bank rules on deposit holds and releasing customers money by charging a $35 fee during a hold is ridiculous as is the 10 day hold on a government issued check.Atm services are lacking and some locations are not able to receive deposits which is also a inadequate method for banking transactions which customers are unaware until you get there and then are made to drive 20 plus miles to a branch that is not convenient for customers living beyond El Dorado Hills, Ca

Worst customer service!!! I called to close my account and the lady was rude like I was wasting her time. Rudely stated it was closed.. Well, then how could I log in on-line to my account. Then hung up on me. RUDE, NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL

They can't verify a check in positive pay, so instead of answering the phone call I'm waiting for them to recieve to verify it, they help other customers. Payroll department in my company leaves at 5 Eastern time. So now it will be 4 trips to cash one payroll check.

Worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Tina sat at a desk refusing to help customers for over 15 minutes. Apparently she "was about to be off." All accounts were closed same day because well hello rude as hell isn't a brand I support. I could not believe how adamant this person was that they not help people. When confronted she continued to refuse to assist customers. I have never seen a bank employee argue with customers that they won't help customers. The arguing was the most unbelievable. Honestly I imagine the tellers will already report her combative behavior. Someone in upper management might want to retrain this woman. Or perhaps she needs a different career.

Basically this bank waste an hour of my precious time in a really busy day. You could tell me in the first place and not made me go to Chase bank. This big white lady here either doesn’t know anything or has some bad thing going on in her mind.

This really has to be the worst Bank of the West for customer service. The moment you walk in you could feel the coldness from the employees, no smiles, no good Morning, the one gentleman greeted me with a Hi, looking sad at his job. Me being very distrust, with the past week events, accounts being compromised, feeling very under the weather on top of it all. 800 customer service advising you to see a bank. The feeling as if I where a ping pong ball with this branch, everyone passing me off to the next, then the branch manager with no compassion abruptly saying there's nothing we can do for you. Where's the help now a days. I expressed everyone here is so Rude, the Branch Manager tells me I'm the Rude one. I expressed I would be reaching out to the district manager. I also was taking a picture of her name plate so I have the correct name plate when I speak to upper management, she saw me do that and said now we're closing your accounts. The one young lady who did try to help me was able to get a phone number of the right department. Did it really have to take all this to just help someone and be kind and welcoming.

Very poorly managed. When you call the customer service line, you have to wait a minimum of 45 mins to an hour to get a hold of someone. Their app glitches frequently and when you go in to this branch you have a 50/50 chance of interacting with a very rude associate. I have been talked down to and led in circles more times than I can count here. Do not recommend whatsoever.

This bank used to be good.They are currently in the toilet.My debit card was declined three times in three days.i have been calling them every day.there are more than enough funds.I have been on hold for 90 minutes on the 800 number.i call the local Galleria bank and get a message to call the 800 number.I need to move

Stear clear of this bank!!!!...you will NOT get anyone on the phone. (45 min on hold 4 times --been trying to reach someone for a couple weeks!!) You will NOT get any customer service. If you make an appointment to speak to a banker by phone....they will NOT call you (it's an hour past my appt time!!). On line banking is only good if you have no need of any help!!!....But--oh yeah--neither is the bank offer any available help! The local branch periodically closes.!! Gee, almost seems like 1929 run on the bank--just this one!!!. They DON"T want you to come into the branch. They have LARGE fees for checking accounts. ....I understand everyone - everywhere is short staffed---I expect that at McDonalds...but they have my money!!!!--they need to come up with a better customer service plan---ANY customer service plan!!
