Under Staffed, line literally out the door and the manager was rude when asked why they aren't staffing more tellers. No excuse to have 30 people backed up in line

I can only say this so called bank and its negative staff and managers are the worst I have ever encountered.. Rude and dismissive is the norm, I pulled my $$$$$$$ out and will never return. Each time I have gone some cutomer is upset and the employees are smirking, the last time the customer asked for a business card and they gave him a crumpled dirty card..What happened to customer service..

Had some deposit issues at the atm, went inside to ask for help and felt very brushed off and unimportant . I will be closing my account and going else where. Always seems to be some sort of issue with this specific branch weather it's lack of staff and a huge wait line or just not feeling valued as a customer.

Terrible customer service at this branch. I generally use the ATM and avoid human contact. It's lunchtime on a Friday and they have minimal staff. I was waiting my turn to speak with a banker and the person walking in the door was offered assistance. I need to rethink my banking needs.

The worse banking experience ever. I've had an auto loan with these guys and just trying to pay it off so this other guy who has an auto loan through Bank of America can an buy it. We've had four different Bankers plus different things and it is turning into a nightmare. Been sitting here in this office on the phone to another Branch who keeps putting us on hold and can't seem to get their stories straight. So sad this Bank sucks so bad.

This place is terrible. There are 10 people in line with only 2 tellers working. There are 2 other staff members chitchatting in the lobby, I believe one is the manager. Why does this bank not care how long the lines are? Bank of America customer service is getting worse. Most of the branches are no longer open on Saturdays so we are forced to come here. Avoid this branch if you can.

I deposited a check at the atm and it read the check amount wrong so I went inside to see if they needed to make a note of it and they did or else it would've taken 2 weeks to get straightened out I was told. Very helpful. Also Frank Huck the loan guy here is very competent and professional. I've been communicating with him for a few months and he's very knowledgeable about the loan products available.

Disappointed. I have banked with BofA 10+ years. Friday went to BofA,remodel is confusing I see 4/5 staff in empty offices on their computers wandered around the corner to two tellers and about 15guest in line after waiting about 20 minutes I get to teller make a deposit and totally forget I need a cashier's check (bill pay would take over 10 days for delivery) walked away from teller but not out of the bank about 15 feet and realize my mistake without the cashier's check asked an employee to assist me and she rudely said you will have to go back to end of the 12 poerson line. I would have appreciated any sympathy with the same direction. I went to the Lincoln Bank and was greeted with a smile, 5 in line and an apology for the wait...omg what a difference.

Zero stars. Went to close my account. Haven't used it forever so be best to get rid of it. The very unfriendly lady said "Sorry I'm all booked up for 2 weeks and can't help you with it until then". Called the national customer service number and was completed in 5 minutes. Don't go to this branch please!!

Some staff members are pleasant and ready to help, but they're part of a corporation that doesn't operate with transparency. I had to take extra time to visit a branch in-person because my account was flagged for latency and the form I mailed back to them wasn't accepted. (My signature had deteriorated too much to chicken scratch over the years despite several forms of legal ID.) The teller was apathetic about my presence. She eventually referred me to a desk associate who expressed more appreciation for my willingness to bank with Umpqua. She confirmed my account was active. After professionally and politely answering my questions, I learned that I could bring my account up to a certain balance and waive monthly maintenance fees. I was willing to "top up" my account. After moving and having my hardcopy statements forwarded to my new address, I learned that Umpqua Bank had continue to deduct monthly maintenance fees. When I visited the local branch, the desk associate said he wasn't aware of accounts that weren't charged monthly maintenance fees. Upon his own investigation, he said I was correct. However I couldn't have the backlog of monthly maintenance fees credited to me if I wanted to close my account today. Rather than waste more time and gas to return to another branch, I simply cut my losses short, closed out the account and took my money elsewhere. At least WF and BOA don't pretend to be about "people," "yoga," or whatever they think I want to hear is cool, I'll deal with the transparency of their greed any day!

Over the past couple of years bank of America customer service is becoming horrible. There tellers are very rude. Bank of America is the only bank that makes you fill out you own deposit slips and there also very mean about it. Tellers are at a minimum they only have a 2 at the the most. I don't recommend this bank to no one.
