I wanted to take a minute and tell one of the staff there who is on the floor and not one of the tellers—thank you for making my life easier this week. I showed up with deposits for our small business, and my special needs son was with me. As we waited in line he because fascinated with the money counting machine that makes a purrr noise.When it was finally our turn, my son was DONE with the bank. And this sweet staff member came over and grabbed a stack of bills, and ran it through the money counter over and over for him so I could finish with the deposits.No one asked her to do this. She just saw a struggle and without judgement, took it upon herself to make our life easier and happier. 5 stars for the cute brown haired staffer. Thank you so much.

Prefer Costomer Type Account Holder - I rarely comment but when i do its either very good or very bad. There is some problem with this bank branch. Two times i went there never came out satisfied. They redirect to a new problem. Never had issues with my Sunnyvale area branches. People try to help here but I guess lack of experience comes in between.They prefer booking slots for next day even I see no one there. Nobody follows up or send feedback message.First time went to enquire and open an account for childrens. First person redirected to another and that person booked an appointment for the third person who was supposed to call. But didn’t contact. I had cards from both which i missplaced with time.Second Visit Date March 20 2023 went to submit few small amounts checks.CA State refund- They have always issue submitting this. Thats what receptionist told as his system was not working properly. Though he was a helping person. He redirected me to teller as I had AND title checks too.3 AND title checks with wife - Wife was present, teller said wife needs to be here in system. Funny thing is wife is already using BOA credit card issued as family member. Teller said wife needs to be present on bank account. Book an appointment first and come next day. Hello this is 2023. When i said i have never had problem submitting these types checks in wife’s chase account then lady said wait give me your debit account to fetch details then suddenly changes her kind and said manager can help you. Try banking app if you can submit from there. Manager appeared and tried to help but check were already submitted through app and we have to wait now. To approve or rejection of app.I had one more check on my father’s name. They said they can’t give this money in cash. Even he was present with his ID. Issuer said you can cash it anywhere in US. They were figuring out bank name if it exist or not. Because it was east coast bank check came to west coast.My whole hour wasted and next day mobile app approved all the checks without a problem.

After having horrible customer service at the Auburn branch, I called this branch and asked if they could get us in to open a business account. The gal I spoke with said let me make sure, put me hold and then got back on and said yes, come on in. We drove straight there, their manager that handles business accounts came right over, introduced himself and helped us out. He was kind, professional and helped us out immensely seeing that we did not have an appointment. His name was Markus. Highly recommend this branch.

Ordered foreign currency for a trip from my wife and my joint account. Come to pick it up,they want my wife to come and pick it up. Hello,what is the purpose of the joint account??? Ok,sent my wife she goes there the branch closed in the middle of the day!!!!!! Sign saying do not know when it will open again. Called million times to confirm nobody is answering. I knew they are incompetent so I ordered currency well in advance. This behavior is just showing you how much really those businesses care about the customers then they wonder why employees are ghosting them.

This branch location is the worst always has a sign that says it's closed saying sorry for the inconvenience!?!?? You have inconvenienced people for three years I'm not really sure what's wrong with your operating hours it's never consistent I'm never able to get assistance here when I need. Can't always blame the pandemic bc other banks are opened!!!! Thankful for Chase next-door and USBank next-door inside Safeway! If I relied on this bank none of my transactions and investments would've seen through. I've heard people crack jokes about bankers hours as the kind of desirable hours everyone wants but you guys bring bankers hours to a new level, c'mon you guys open randomly at your own time like once a blue moon??!? I came here a dozen different times in the past three years and every single time I've run into that "sorry we're closed" and "sorry for the inconvenience" sign on the door!!! I've had it and not going to this one again

My ATM card was hacked so called their 800 number. Could not get past the robots to the appropriate party. Went to the bank to get the card cancelled and charges reversed. They said they couldn't do so and I would have to call their fraud unit. They gave me the number. I called and waited on hold for 18 min and 53 sec. Hung up and told the banker I didn't have anymore time to wait. "Sorry, can't help you". Been banking there for over 30 years. Looking for a new bank.

The manager himself (Jorge) had an attitude, which explains why this is THE worst BOA center I’ve been to.

Went to get some cash. I went into the branch because I enjoy talking with people. After about a half hour wait (during which time the two open windows dwindled down to one) I decided to use the ATM outside. Using the ATM I got cash but not the denominations I wanted so I went back inside. The line hadn't moved. Another half hour passed before I wand called up. In my opinion, BofA has lost the customer service with which I've come to rely. I don't care if an employee had to have lunch. Take care of the clients who pay the bill first. Considering moving my money to someone else.

Literally the worst bank. What bank closes at 4???? Like people don't get off work till 5! Then they only ever have one teller at lunchtime when people have time off work to get to the bank? How does that make sense? Literally the worst bank go to ANYONE else!
