Easily the worst experience and customer manager experience of my entire business career. The bank manager enai branch manager here was the worst manager ever not helping with a huge business account. If Bank of America wants to lose a 10 million dollar account this will be an easy way for us to bank with someone else.

Million dollar business account. Came in to deposit over $30,000 in mixed currency and was told to go home strap it and come back. Not needed and not required. Do not do business at this Bank of America branch

Pretty bad experience, went there to solve an issue that they could not even explain me why? Instead they provoded a phone number to call that was not in operational hours (I am
assuming). I ended up doing my research and contacting customer service and fixing my matter of course after two hours on the line and an unhelpful visit to this location.

This rating is specifically for their teller Rosario. On multiple occasions, she has a demeaning and condescending tone when I deposit checks. The icing on the cake was when she nearly denied my deposit and insinuated my check was "altered" because I did not have my address listed (YES, this can be excluded from checks, for safety) and the dollar number was over lined to emphasize the amount. She claimed I would need to have another check and I would need to speak with a manager. It wasn't until AFTER verifying I was a BofA account holder that she accepted the deposit and apologized. Prior to that, she said "it's required to include the address and phone number of the account number" on a deposit slip. Called BofA corporate directly, and BofA verified address and phone contact are NOT required. She either needs to be fired or handle phones. She's ageist, and possible discriminatory against POC.

15 to 20 min lobby wait to change PIN. Room full of people - no line or way for staff to know who is next .Not a regular bank, no counter, a lobby and rooms for loan consultation.
