The worst waiting times (20-40 min to get to the counter) and tellers. The tellers are rude and make many mistakes, can't add and count cash slower and worse than a 5year old. Wow is all I can say. It feels like 1990 in there.

They removed the night deposit option so I'm required go in to the branch during their ridiculous hours of 10-4. That is a 30+ minute visit for a simple deposit. I've been a BofA customer for 30 years, but I must take my business elsewhere.

This bank of America is really a bad place to bank at, doesn't matter which location I go to they all have attitude problems. Anytime I go here it's a long wait. Why is this happening with bank of America only. One star is more then enough... This place is not recommend it by me.

The atm that is separated from the bank closes at the same time (4:00pm) no clue why, but it’s extremely frustrating. I tried to visit this at AT 4pm and it’s already locked, a couple other people were out here too frustrated… also this specific branch always has a huge line and issues. Probably switching banks cause of poor service

Had to come here to cash a check on my lunch break, which happened to coincide with all of their teller's lunch breaks. Ended up waiting more than thirty minutes in line while one (slow) teller struggled to cut the line down which had extended to the entrance. The manager was more concerned with working reception and talking with a mother and son about opening a student checking account than she was with running a second teller's booth. Several people left the line frustrated and returned to their cars.

Michael was extremely helpful setting up my appointment and explained all my options clearly and effectively. In my brief time in the building he was extremely helpful and polite to everyone and handled a high stress situation very well.

This bank is really ridiculous. Only one person working and one guy and I guess blond women/ manager, just standing around and doing nothing. If you go help your only teller you have, line will be instead 1 hour only 30 min. But no" she is manager and will not work"

No help, it has been months if no help and not getting better. The manager runs around with an iPad in his hand asking to help and really does nothing at all. One poor person as a teller with four open bays. The attitude of the manager stinks as well. After 35 years I'm leaving Bank of America. Have a great credit Union I'm just started with.
