Had to do a shout out and give kudos to Clint the person that helped me when I was in the store last week. Clint was amazing super helpful and went above and beyond to help me find the correct license plate frame screws I needed as the current ones I had on my my car were old and stripped, I needed to put my new registration sticker on my plate. Clint actually went out of his way to help me replace the ones I needed on my car while it was over 100° outside. I really appreciate his time, effort and the extra attention he gave me so thank you again Clint, you rock!

It took them 20 mins to get me through the checkout and there was only one person in front of me. 3 cashiers were there, 2 of them just chilling and enjoying their Sunday afternoon and one frantically jumping from one task to another keeping every one on hold

Shout out to all the staff here. I had battery problems and some warranty confusion but the team went above and beyond to take care of me. Battery had to be special ordered but it arrived quick, and every person I interacted with was helpful. It's not the first time I've had trouble with Optima and not the first time AutoZone has bailed me out (thank you!!), but that's why I get all my friends and family to buy from AutoZone instead of elsewhere. For anyone looking for a battery upgrade, try Odyssey - it's worth the extra money and is massively better than what Optima has become.

Cannot say enough about this store. Always willing to go the extra mile...employees all the way to management!! One employee , Eric Tennant was generous with his time and installed my mother's windshield wipers for her. He was a perfect gentleman and was very helpful as Mom had questions and Eric had the answers. Thank you for your knowledge and the extra time , it says alot about this store in a whole!!!

Bought windshield wipers today. Steve came out to my car and replaced my old wipers. Outstanding. This is the reason i choose Auto zone over others. Steve was the best.

CRYSTAL IS ALWAYS SO EXTREMELY HELPFUL (CSR #06). CRYSTAL IS LIVING EXAMPLE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I SEEK HER OUT FOR HER EXPERTISE AND EXPERIENCE. CRYSTAL AND HER ENTIRE TEAM IS THE REASON I COME TO THIS SPECIFIC STORE. SHE IS A DEFINITE KEEPER. SHE IS ALWAY HELPFUL AND DISPLAYS AN AWESOME ATTITUDE. SHE IS NEVER TOO BUSY TO HELP ALL HER CUSTOMERS. SHE DESERVES TO BE RECOGNIZED FOR ALL OF HER EFFORTS, ESPECIALLY IN THIS TRYING TIME WHERE CUSTOMERS AREN'T AS FRIENDLY AS THE COULD BE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HARD TO FIND.

The staff here are very friendly and are always willing to help however they can. The store is clean and well-organized so it's easy to find what you need. They also do a great job stocking all the most common parts and can quickly order many other items.
