The guys at ASR are great! They are very open and honest and tell you the real truth when there is an issue with your car! They take the edge off of the stress when there are issues with your car with humor and great banter, and they truly care for each customer.

I am so pleased with the services I received at Automotive Service of Roseville. Kieran advised me and Fabian (I hope that’s right) did my Service A.
Kieran told me I needed a tire as there is a “bubble”. I don’t drive my car very often so I am happy to know I need to replace a tire.
The service fees are more than fair. Everyone here is so honest. I appreciate that.

We had our teen daughter bring “her” car in to get the A/C serviced today. Having brought cars to Automotive Service of Roseville in the past, we knew they were honest and reputable. We had our daughter handle the process, with us as backup, so she could practice an important life skill. I was so impressed with how she was treated and the excellent service she received. They had the A/C done in about an hour, explained what they did, and the bill ended up being less than the original estimate! When you need work done on your car, I absolutely recommend ASR!

The mechanics did an excellent job checking out my cooling system and replacing the parts also they washed and waxed my car it looks new.

Fixed the alignment on my Toyota Corolla, serviced my brakes and diagnosed the problem of my exhaust leak. Been here many times for service on my vehicle and they never fail to get the job done right. Highly recommend

I am from Spokane Washington and staying at a nearby hotel. As I was ready to leave my car battery was slow to start. I called ASR Roseville to see if they could squeeze me in and take a look. They said of course. I needed a new battery. They didn't have one in stock and said it could be a few hours. Called me a few hours later and everything was completed. They included a car wash and vacuum the front floors. Super nice owner chatted and joked with customers and employees. If I lived in the area, I would be a customer. Great experience.

I sent my GMC Jimmy into Auto Services of Roseville in April 2024 for a diagnosis for a no start with no check engine light on. After a conversation about the history of the vehicle, both of us were aware that this was going to be a lengthy repair.
After diagnostic was done, they said there was about $6000 of repairs needed. I was willing to take that on. They were willing to work with me to find bolt sets for certain parts instead of replacing in order to save me money.
Bill, the man in charge of my repairs, had to take a leave of absence for surgery.
In the time I was able to find one of the 2 parts I needed to find on my own.
Yesterday Kieran called me saying they needed to make space on their lot and need to tow the vehicle to a place of my choosing while we waited on said parts to be ordered etc. Once the vehicle was dropped off back at my mother's house for safe keeping, I called the shop back to ask for clarification on what I needed to order for the throttle body. Upon that phone call, Bill explained to me that his boss has decided they don't want to work on my vehicle because it was "too much of a cluster" since the transfer case and other items needed to be replaced.
So I've been waiting since April to get these repairs started, found and ordered parts, only for them to lie to me about the reason I needed it towed. I've been lead on for months when I could've taken my vehicle somewhere else. I patiently waited for Bill to come back from surgery and kept on top of doing my part to get my vehicle repaired.
Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time and situation. I'm very disappointed because they have so many great reviews and I was referred to them from another mechanic who was transparent with me about what he could and couldn't do.
This place might be good for maintenance and basic repairs, but this place has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Honest, trustworthy, reliable. I’m glad I found this shop, and I consider it “my mechanic” now. I have been happy with every car service they’ve performed for me over the past few years including twice when I’ve had to drop off my car with a note & key in the drop box overnight. They called me the next morning with a diagnosis of the problem and a reasonable & fair quote for repairs.

I was quoted 650 to put refrigerant in my car for air conditioning.firestone and brake Masters were almost 200$ cheaper.and they do a free inspection.this place said 199$ to diagnose .I went to Firestone and bad it done for 459$

Nice enough, but check around. I was charged $700 for brakes on my car. Found out later with another vehicle $300 was the going rate?

I got a brake and lamp check for 181.00 a great price and they changed my brake light that was out. It passed! Here I come DMV! Thanks guys.
