This is the most unprofessional "business" I have ever dealt with. Purchased a vehicle approximately 5 years ago, paid in full. Also purchased a warranty which was paid in full 3 years ago. Went to DMV to order a replacement title only to find out they had never released title to us. Contacted Automotion in November and requested they release title to us since the vehicle had been paid in full as well as the warranty years ago. Gave me the excuse of being a new owner of the business, used different records keeping systems, and it would take a bit to get me the required documentation, etc. The new owner requested I email my documentation to show proof of everything in which I did, in addition to providing links and the document needed to get our title. Have now emailed, called, gone in person (signs in window saying they're temporarily closed), and text numerous times always being amicable and professional without any response or resolution from them. Additionally, they blocked my number from being able to text them once I said who I was. Approaching almost 3 months later and still nothing. Causing my family a hardship due to not being able to sell the vehicle which we've been trying to do since contacting them to begin with. Now having filed complaints with BBB and proceeding to seek legal action and sanctions. Stay away from this place unless you're looking to get the run around or be scammed.

I purchased a car from Automotion about 15 years ago and paid in full for the car but added a warranty, which ended up requiring a lien on the title. This was the first car I ever purchased from a dealer and I didn't realize what the lien really meant. Even though I paid the balance within a few months, unfortunately, the lien has never been removed and I recently moved out of state. I cannot register the vehicle because Automotion won't release the title. I have been trying to connect with them for 2 months via phone and email and have gotten nowhere. I have sent 4-6 emails with no reply and called numerous times, always being told that the manager isn't available but they assure me that they will connect with me. Today, I found out that the ownership changed either 6 or 9 mos ago (the guy said both timeframes during the call so who really knows). He promised to reply to my email to send me the form I needed right away and I still haven't gotten it, even after emailing yet again. I know it's my own fault for not addressing the lien issue sooner but it's ridiculous that they haven't helped at all.

I bought a car from them and they missed a signature on the paperwork, so it's been over three months and I still can't get the title or physical plates. I can't get in touch with them either. I love my car, it's great and I got it for a good price however I just want what I paid for. The title.

I called about a trade in. I was given another number to leave photos and details. He said he would contact me back soon. I left a message two days later with no reply. A lady called me about my interest in a car. I told her about my trade in. Was told she would call me back in a few minutes. Never heard back from her either.

I bought a Prius here a few years ago and 30k miles later I've had zero issues with the car. It's been a solid car and after some maintenance that's due now at its current mileage I'm sure it'll go 200k miles+.

( DON’T BUY FROM THIS CAR LOT ) they will lie to you and they will take your money just to make a sale. The car I got from them had driving problems when they sold me it they don’t make sure they are drivable before selling and wouldn’t fix it. Stay far away they only care about themselves not the customer or our safety driving their cars.

DO NOT buy a car from Automotion in Roseville. They sold us a car that was in an accident and NEVER told us. We had to find out from another source. Over $7,000 in cost to repair after the battery, brakes, Starter and NOW transmission blew!! They are awful people. Do NOT buy a car from them.

So... I bought an SUV from this shady place on 7/31/2022 and on 8/1/2022 the radio stop working. On 8/2/2022 Julian the salesman from this Shady place text me in regards to some info needed for DMV purposes. I took advantage of the text and told him about how the radio quit working. His response via text was "Don't worry, I will look into it and I will talk to my mechanic and get some sort of diagnostic" after several text and calls with no luck, I figured they ghosted me. It is 8/9/2022 with no response from him. I took my SUV to my local shop to get an electrical diagnostic and to my surprise they found this behind the driver's side rear panel. All the electrical had been tampered and cut. Now it's going to cost me $1,200.00 to get it back in order. Knowing the risk of buying a used car I did my own inspection, but could not get into the panels or else I would've not wasted my time at this shady place. Julian and his so called team claim to help "La Gente Latina" which is all BS. ***BEWARE OF THIS SHADY PLACE** if you decide to purchase a vehicle from this place make sure to do a thorough inspection including ELECTRICAL.

This place makes no effort to help you at all. I applied for and was approved for financing and then the wheels fell off. No contact, no help, no nothing. Stay away from this place. They don't want your business.

This place is a scam!! Junk cars is what they sell please don't trust AUTOMOTION its really sad how a business is willing to f*** over people/ customers for their money selling trash that's how you know how money hungry and dishonest a business is, I would like for no one else to become a victim of the scam. P.s a full tank if gas yeah right my car was on empty when I questioned the owner of the lot he looked at me like if I was stupid and left it empty. .....more like an empty tank and no transmission.. karma is real.

To say I’m unsatisfied is an understatement. When purchasing from the lot I was welcomed by friendly employees and was ensured through the buying process that the company prides themselves on taking care of their customers. I bought the truck, and a month and a week later the truck was no longer running. I had to have someone come look at the truck.. replace the starter, replace the transmission filters and fluids, had the truck towed to a shop, had to have a new transmission put it in the truck, while in the mean time had to rent a uhaul truck for over $500 a weekend for over a month.. over all I spent over $6,000. I was in touch with the employee I bought the truck from since the beginning of the issues. I was strung along as if they were going to help until it was determined that the transmission needed to be replaced. Then I was told they would not help. I then reached out to the owner Mike Plasser to rectify the situation. Mr. Plasser asked how I felt he could help, and I let him know that I felt that at the very least they should pay for half of the cost of the transmission replacement, which was a little under $2,000. He then decided to counter offer me $500(only if it made me satisfied), which I told him honestly felt like a slap in the face. He then told me that if they backed all of the vehicles they sold for 5,000 miles that they would be out of business… ?? chose a lot that ACTUALLY cares about their customers/reputation and has quality vehicles!
