I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Dodge Charger RT from Auto max Roseville, and I must say, the experience was top-notch! My father paid $5,000 down before signing paperwork, now that they sent the paperwork they are attempting to charge him much more then what was discussed so he declined the offer, but they will not return his money. They are thief’s, taking advantage of people and STEALING MONEY. DO NOT TRUST THIS CROOK!

This is the shadiest car dealership you could ever go to. Me and my wife purchased a vehicle with a 10,000$ down payment and still have not received a vehicle or single dollar back. They completely 100 percent stole all of our money and have not tried to make anything right after many empty promises, we have 3 children and relied heavly on tonys word to help us and our family get into a car we desperately needed. He has no sympathy and no sense of being a ethical human being. Somebody please help us.

I cannot believe this guy I sold him my house at a very good price. He was supposed to you taking my Lexus pay it off and give me a car that I could tow behind the motorhome to go to Florida I had an offer for 280 from another company and yet I gave it to him for $240 and by the time he got my mom out of the lawyer's office with dementia it was 220 we're talking to house in Sacramento with three schools around them and all the houses are going for $500,000 around him so he pressures me after mom dies pressure pressure to get him closed on the deal because he offered me 30,000 cash instead of $4450 that he was paying in payments when I got to town from Florida he gave me 10 grand cash and talked me into taking this 370Z that he said was worth $20,000 guess what I got for it today two months later 7500 after he got his money he doesn't want to talk to me except for to cry about his bad reviews I've been giving him he's got a lot more coming than that don't buy a car from this man he is a scammer

i have been waiting over a year to get my money ey back from this unprofessional, unethical, dishonest, disrespectful, disloyal, sorry excuse for a human being and a really sorry excuse as a business owner. i have never met such a person who can look themselves in the mirror after how they stole my money and left me without a car too. who does that to an elderly disabled women who saved her money to buy a car and then lie and cheat and continue to lie. after i have them my money all of a sudden the next day tony took a trip back to his country and stayed there for 2wks with my money. then had the nerve to take the piece of junk he sold me back and wants to keep my money and my monthly payment wasnt due he took the car because i had covid and i didnt return his phone call so he wantede to call him so he thought he would take the car to get my attention and he wont give me my money back instead he wants only give me half back. my question is why does he think he is owed $2500? he thinks he has won but i am far from done making his life unhappy and for him to feel just one tenth of what i ha e went through for over a year now because of his lies and more lies. his business has a f with the better business bureua for how they conduct business. thats really sad. i have never seen a business like this..dont buy from this business or you will regret it.

Best advice make sure you have your wallet... Turn and RUIUUUUN. I was on the brink of suicide from dealing with the constant misery Tony's car gave me. So really seriously turn and take you hard earned money and go get a good car somewhere else because they ARE NOT on this lot

He's nothing but a scam. He's the worst person in the world to buy a car from. I'm met many great people from Russia, Serbia and the Ukraine that treated me with respect. I have kicked out $3,000 additional dollars for repairs. I kicked out $400 in less than a week of having the car. The rim was cracked so I would have to ride around 45 minutes to an hour after delivering 400 packages just to find a place to pump up my tire every day. I called him two or three days after purchasing the car telling him that it was leaking some type of fluid. Come to find out it was transmission fluid it got to the point where my car wouldn't even change gears because of all the fluid being gone and since it's a Cadillac there's no maintenance. You have to take it to a shop because there's no transmission dipstick. If you want to keep your dignity and and feel like if you did something right don't buy a car from Tony. He acts cool but he's a wolf in sheep's clothing I had the utmost respect for this guy and now I don't have any. He would answer the phone until he learned my number. He was supposed to debit my card for $1500 but he took out $4,000 and it put me in debt and now having to pay all of this I can't pay my rent or insurance or even car note. All cares about is himself. He don't care about you, your livelihood, your family or what you're going through. ALL he wants is your money. He was promising to help but it was all a front. He even called Mr transmission like it was all good just to pacify me and then when it was time to help they called him over and over and over and over and over as well as myself and couldn't get through to him. Don't waste your time and hard earned money. After giving him $5000 down including the extra $2500 he "mistakingly took from me, the back was going to repo the car because he didn't send them the info that they needed to complete the process. I had to send them the documents. He had already gotten his money so he didn't give a f***
