The employees in this store are very helpful and knowledgeable. Starting from Isaac their manager and also his employees. A big shout out to Austin who helped us tremendously with our new phone. Me and my husband are really satisfied with Austin's service.

I was here today at 4pm, and the girl who helped me, looked like she just woke up. When I asked her the difference between I phone 13,14,15, she had literally no answer and said she thought the camera was better. I asked why, she had no answer. I said whats the difference between these phones? She had zero explanation. I go home do my own research and there is tons of differences and feedback. What is the point of any employee that knows nothing about the products sold at the store????

The unprofessionalism of the people working here is seriously ridiculous! Went to this store on Jan 9 at 4:50 pm. The doors were locked and they had a note "Out for lunch back by 4:45 pm". They were not there until 5:30 pm when I decided to leave. Since I had lost my phone, I had to hitchhike. I wonder how these people can get employed or what the manager was doing!

Austin was most delightful to work with. He was kind and patient and helped me get my phone set-up. He also helped me work on getting my iPad to function better. Mari was also lovely and kind, too.A great experience to start off the New Year.

I upgraded 2 phones online and had problems with AT&T. I went to the store on Stanford Ranch and talked to Issac. He was extremely helpful in assisting me even though he was busy. He was very courteous and professional. Both Issac and his assistant Austin walked me through the process. I highly recommend them to the online nightmare.

We went to get iPhone 15s at Stanford Ranch store. Isaac was very busy, just before closing; however, he handled all customers with exceptional professionalism. He addressed each customer as they waited and took care of customer-at-hand quickly and efficiently.He is very knowledgeable of products and easy to talk to. He is a great representative and asset to AT&T and a pleasure to do business with.

Horrible service by this staff, Dustin R. This guy needs a lot of training! Worst service ever! He scheduled me for a phone delivery on a wrong date! Told him the date I want my phone delivered and the date I saw in my receipt was the wrong date, he just brushed it aside and told me that it’ll be delivered on the date I wanted! Guess what?! The phone was delivered on the date I’m working! Now it’s canceled and have to reorder! Just stupid! I went to the Douglas Blvd branch and all the staff there were amazing! Unlike this inefficient Stanford ranch staff!!!

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!!!! my husband’s phone unfortunately was broken. We spoke to customer service. They told us to go to an AT&T store and that they would write notes regarding our situation. We arrived at the AT&T store. Nobody was in the store, and now I know why the customer service was awful. The gentleman that was helping us was extremely rude, and would not listen to what we were saying, and kept interrupting us. He told us they had no iPhones, and that we needed to go to Best Buy or the Apple Store to purchase a phone. When we asked him to verify the notes to help us better understand the situation so we could get the help we needed. He refused and told us that he was not going to help us when I asked him his name or for the managers contact information, he replied there was no manager at the store. It sounds like there have been multiple customers with similar experiences. It is sad that this continues to happen.
