First off my first wife and I live in the Elk Grove area but decided to visit the Roseville A&T store to get new Iphone 15 Pro Max phones and switch from Xfinity Mobile to At&t. Right when we walked into the door we were greeted and helped right away by Leo. Leo was a big help and walked us through everything and even explained hidden charges we might see on the bill. He even gave us his personal number if we had any problems. My wife and I highly recommend the Roseville store off of Galleria blvd. Ask for Leo.

this will be long review but worth the read! I went through a horror situation when I bought a phone for my daughter for Christmas on 12/14/23 through Best Buy to add to my existing att account, and not only did I never receive the phone but I also learned it had been stolen from the Best Buy. since then i have been given hell and run around or passed back and fourth every single time I tried to get them to help me and refund me for the phone I never received. well today after getting the courage to go into the at&t store in roseville and tell my story again in hopes someone would help me get out of this nightmare situation Best Buy had created, I was FNALLY HELPED and treated properly and the phone line was removed from my account and I was refunded! it was not even at&t's responsibility to refund me it was best buy's mess but they did it anyway! I was finally listened to and treated as if I was actually going through something and not the one committing a crime as I had been treated before. I am still crying happy tears an hour after leaving the store because I am so happy to finally be helped! thank you to the customer service representative Leo for your amazing customer service and actually listening to my story, caring, being kind and helping me to get in touch with your manager! you have no idea how much your help meant to me today! and another HUGE thank you to the store manager Mason who had to do all of the hard work and digging to fix all of the problems that were created from all the previous people who never helped me! you both were the definition of kindness and outstanding customer service! ANYONE AND EVERYONE SHOULD COME HERE FOR ANY AT&T SERVICE NEEDS! I promise you will be taken care of! thank you again from the bottom of my heart!

Our AT&T associate was Umer. He was very knowledgeable, professional and nice. He was able to help us with upgrading our phones and transfer the data and apps in a very timely manner. We enjoyed working with him and would recommend him to other customers.

The worst customer service and experience ever!! I called and complained tonight about this store directly to AT&at corporate office!! This can’t be happening and people can’t be treated the way these people choose to treat customers…I’ve been a customer with AT&T for over 20 yrs now, but I think it’s time to take my business somewhere else.

I’m military and moving to another country. I was helped by Leo, who told me he couldn’t help me with unlocking my phone. Then i mentioned I was active duty, he didn’t double check with anyone, didn’t even pause to look up any policy. Just said he couldn’t help me unlock my phone for another country.After i left the store, i messaged with a member on ATT app, they helped me to the correct website within 3 minutes and said it’s absolutely possible.Will never return.

The manager of this store needs to be fired. The staff management is terrible, with one representative trying to satisfy two customers while 3-4 others are just walking in and out of their service room, watching how many people are in the store. My waiting time exceed 1 hr and no people in front of me. Ridiculous.

Been to a few AT&T stores but this is by far the worst. Went in today and it took 10 minutes to be told that it's a 30 minute wait. They are a bit understaffed which is understandable but there are several employees just sitting and chatting. Atrocious. Switching to Verizon after 13 years of being with AT&T. They make the small things painful

We were expecting a long wait time, but were able to get attended to right away by Vanessa. She greeted us, and made our transaction fast and easy with an easy going personality. She was great!

My recent experience at the AT&T store was unfortunately overshadowed by the behavior of the staff. Customer service is a critical aspect of any business, and it was disheartening to encounter employees who didn't seem interested in providing a positive experience.It's important for individuals to find work that aligns with their interests and passions, as this often translates into better service for customers. When employees don't enjoy their jobs, it can lead to an unpleasant experience for patrons.I hope the management at this AT&T store takes these concerns seriously and takes steps to create a more welcoming and customer-focused atmosphere. Exceptional customer service should be a priority, and it's disappointing when it's compromised by negative attitudes and rudeness.
