We followed Dr Brar and staff over here from another clinic. I’ve never had a vet and techs take such good care of my dogs. They always spend plenty of time with us during consultations and exams and explain everything thoroughly. They never push things that are not necessary on us, but are very thorough. They are very fairly priced and appointments are easy to get. They are at a great location right off of I-80 and the facility is very nice and clean. I couldn’t be happier with a veterinary clinic.

Brought in our injured cat. They took such good care of him and quickly determined what was going on. Everyone was courteous, professional and caring. Highly recommend!

Very happy with Atlantic street pet hospital. My dog had been attacked by another dog and they took such great care of her. It was touch and go for a while and the amount of care from the whole team there was amazing. All the Vets are great and took great care of my girl, but I have to give a special thanks to Dr. Brar. He was the main one with us during the bumpy recovery and I can’t thank him enough for what he did for my dog.

I had such a great experience at Atlantic Street Pet Hostpital. The staff were extremely helpful and professional. I am truly grateful for the care I got from Atlantic Street and will continue to go for all my vet needs in the future.

Staff was great but we didn't know that it wasn't the 24 hour emergency care any longer. We had to pick up our dog before they closed at 10pm because their isn't anyone for the over night hours. She's 14 years old and weighs 80 to 100 lbs. Difficult for us to handle her because we're old too. We'll probably have to go back to have her put down, so it'd been easier if we could have left her overnight. We'll still consider Atlantic Street Pet Hospital in the future and use the new location for the 24 hour emergency care for those needs that they provide.

*THIS IS NOT ATLANTIC STREET EMERGENCY ANYMORE* The emergency clinic that was originally here is now at 1901 Douglas Blvd and is called "Vet Specialty Hospital.
Short review: misdiagnosed and misprescribed our dog, poor communication.
We went here because our pet was displaying neurological symptoms and thought that this business was still the emergency clinic. I wasn't aware that it is now just a regular vet clinic.
We were seen as an emergency and right away. The lobby was empty and my contact information wasn't already in the computer which should have been a red flag to me that this was the wrong business.
The doctor gave my dog fluids, did blood work, and x rays. The blood work came back pretty normal, but the dr. suggested fluids....despite her bloodwork showing she was hydrated. Not sure if he did it just because it was over $70 for fluids, but she did not medically require fluids. They did the xrays and told us they'd call us with results.
They called us at 9:30pm (30 minutes before they close) to tell us nonchalantly that she has heart disease and told us to pick up diuretics for her. (Diuretics remove fluids, so why did they give her fluids?!) They did not inform us that they were closing in 30 minutes and would be closed the next day.
We ended up having to go to the original emergency clinic this place used to be, which is now called Vet Specialty Hospital. They repeated x rays and told us that NO heart disease is present and NO fluid is in her lungs. We even had an echocardiogram just to be sure, and she does NOT have heart disease. The Vet Specialty Hospital also informed us that this location was supposed to change their name so as not to confuse previous clients, but did not change their name. Also the fact that they are open until 10pm is a red flag with them not being an emergency clinic, they are clearly desperate for clients and willing to try and trick the location's previous clients into going there.
Please for the sake of your sweet babies, do not trust the opinion of this clinic or the radiologist that they use. They misdiagnosed my dog and were going to give her diuretics without medical necessity. This place is extremely dangerous.

This whole team is wonderful. Super thorough, compassionate and very clearly communicated the issues, treatment options, solutions and recovery. My cat started purring immediately after getting him in the exam room, which is so out of character for him. You could tell he felt safe and loved. Spencer was awesome with my pet and explained everything so well. Fees were super reasonable and they were great about laying out the different treatment options. Highly recommend. We came in for an emergency visit and will continue coming back for regular GP care. Thank you!!

This pet hospital is next-level. I brought my dog here to get checked out because he wasn't feeling well and I was able to come in right away without an appointment. Dr. Sekhon is very nice and polite and was able to help us decide on the right plan to help my dog feel better and explained all of our treatment options before getting started. If you or anyone is looking for a trustworthy vet that is genuine and cares for your pet as much as you do, Atlantic Street Pet Hospital is the way to go!

We have taken our cats here in emergencies when our primary vet is closed, and they always take the best care of them. My cats have been near death and they manage to stabilize them and take care of them overnight every time. Thank you for your amazing care!

A place you can count on when your animals face an emergency situation. They are compassionate and strive to hear your needs and concerns when your unsure of the details of care or billing. Excellent customer service when I escalated a billing question.Bottom line is they are an emergency center that bills according to the industry. Like any business there will always be a variety of staff, but I will say even the ones who struggle in the customer service/good communication areas STILL take excellent care of my animals which is the most important thing. We as pet parents visit when we are faced with a traumatic situation effecting our babies.... and this causes us to be emotional and scared while being faced with a financial hardship... so we are going to be defensive, protective, and worried about precious babies. The great news is, this place cares and is compassionate and ready to immediately do what they can to help us and our animals. And if there's a disconnect or issue they are quick to jump in and listen and put your mind and ease. Thats what matters most.
