Steven and Phil were very helpful and considerate. Came in with kind of a sticky situation. They exhausted all avenues to make sure we got what we needed within the time frame we needed it ( needed it like yesterday kind of time frame). Very friendly and helpful!

Ashley Furniture in Roseville was very helpful. Great place to buy furniture and mattresses. We had to run to make an appointment, and the staff at Ashley expedited the process for us so that we could buy a bedroom set and still make it to our meeting on time. Great place! We will go back in the future.

We've bought several pieces of furniture at Ashley and we've always received excellent service. Even when we had an issue, it was resolved almost immediately and to our satisfaction. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable, and the selection is great. The furniture is of good quality (some pieces have worn more than others, but that's to be expected with daily use) and fits well with the decor of our home. I'll definitely shop there again.

There was a very limited supply for what we were looking for (wall entertainment centers) but the salesman (Craig) worked very diligently with us to get us what we wanted. Craig made this sale happen and we are pleased!

I had a great experience with Ashley furniture so far ~ both Melissa and Ashley Davis were great helpers letting me take my time to decide, going back and forth as much as i needed to make my decision! My couch has been delivered and it’s so comfortable and perfect for my house, my dining set is on its way! I’ll definitely go back for my furniture needs in the future!

Let me start by saying that Ricki and Philip were amazing! Exceptional customer service for which I was so grateful. Here are my highlights: (1) I really appreciated walking in and having the opportunity to roam and check everything out in my own time. No one approached me before I was ready. (2) once I was ready, Ricki gave me the attention I needed by helping me select the best items between the options I was interested in, and even making me aware (upon hearing I was moving into a new apartment) of the clearance items. I feel like these things were a steal! I got a new set of plates, bowls, and mugs for on $10 (normally $199), a beautiful lamp for $15 (original price $129), and a set of tumblers for $5. (3) The discounts were generous as it was a July 4th sale, but Philip added an additional discount on my rug, and then honored the price of premium delivery after there was a small mistake in the paper work. Win for me! If you’re in the market for furniture, I highly recommend this Ashley. Thank you Ricki and Philip, you made my day! ??❤️

She was not pushy, but she was encouraging; she wasn’t aggressive but she was confident with her knowledge; she maintained a comfortable but reachable distance everywhere we went, and through it all she was friendly, professional, and very helpful with her suggestions.

The communication is awful when it’s time to receive your merchandise by delivery. I purchased furniture in May and my couches arrived as planned. The rug and door stool was to arrive June 26th and I called off work to receive the delivery. It didn’t ever arrive and no call to inform me of that. I called the store in Roseville and was told it was going to delivered my FedEx on July 2nd. I asked for a tracking number and was told they didn’t have one. Yesterday was July 2nd and I was home until 430pm NO delivery NO call NO email. I called the store 16 times no one from the store answered instead o got the call center in another country who also could t get through but told me it was arriving yesterday . When I left home at 4pm I put a note on my door to leave my rig and foot stool at my neighbor home. Still no one delivered. If it doesn’t arrive today I’ll drive over 30 miles in 111 degree heat to talk to the store since they don’t ever answer the phone. This is such a inconvenience and as much as I love Ashley furniture I think this is my last time shopping with them.
