SAVE YOUR $$$$$ - WE PURCHASED A SOFA /LOVESEAT (NOT CHEAP) MATCHING SET A FEW YEARS AGO.. THEY HAVE TURNED OUT TO BE THE LOWEST QUALITY OF FURNITURE THAT I HAVE EVER PURCHASED. OUR BODIES HURT FROM SITTING AND WE'VE HAD TO GET THEM REPAIRED AND REUPHOLSTERED BECAUSE OF THE TERRIBLE QUALITY . SPEND A LITTLE MORE FOR QUALITY ELSEWHERE.

The customer service here is excellent!! I came in for some leather cleaner and conditioner and came away with both and a recommendation for someone local who can help fix a few scratches. Eddy was fantastic! Will be back for all future needs.My current couches are 11 yrs old and still look great! They have the best selection of high quality leather couches. We got one with a motorized neck and foot rest. Our couch sits in the middle of the room so we a couch with a rechargeable battery. Also we had excellent service from Ruben. He always had a smile and took care of all our needs. Highly recommend checking them out.

They will design a custom leather couch for you. The workmanship is excellent. In addition if you damage your couch they will repair it for you.

Well ya know if your not spending 15gs on furniture in the store their customer service sucks. We have needed 2 brackets for our chairs we bought at 3500.00 a piece and 2 months later still no brackets. It's probably a factory issue because Ruben is great himself but no one has his back at the factory. Very disappointing.

Worst customer service ever ?Trying to get few repairs on a brand new couch set for a 6 month without success. I think we need to return our great but with few major issues coaches back to the store.

After spending $8,000 on 2 leather couches we had nothing but disappointment. We bought them 2 years ago so you cannot.blame the pandemic for their bad service. The sales person promised us rental couches within 2 weeks and they never came before the couches that took over 8 weeks to come.. Then when the couches arrived and were put together the backs were never level. They claimed a service person would come out and fix it. Two years later no service person. The electric part of the couch is supposed to be serviced through them but they must contract all their Northern California work through one person because after it stopped working in December it took months and 15 calls to even get the couch looked at. The man came for one 2 minute visit And he ordered the part (let's hope) and it is now a week from April and still no call back to schedule the couch to be repaired. So we paid all this money with false promised and have a crooked love seat that will not recline. Do yourself a favor and avoid Arizona Leather.

If you want to wait 6 months for your furniture and then at least another month to get it delivered, they can doit. I will never wait on anybody that long again. And I still don't have my furniture as I post this, there more than willing to take your money though.

Just got our 2 custom couches. It took a while to get them, but well worth the price, and well worth the wait. These are not cheapy couches, but they are also not the most expensive we had seen on the market. But quality vs price, these were the best deal on both ends. Customer service was great. Price is great. Quality is great. Now that they have arrived, and planted in place.... we could not be happier with our choice. They look stunning.

This is the 2nd time our family has purchased a sofa set from this store. My brother and his wife were happy with theirs so we thought we'd try it when we were looking for a leather sectional. Our first trip was a wasted trip, however, as we were turned away and told what we were looking for was not available. Good thing I was convinced by my mother to go in again a few weeks later and met by a very helpful Eddie who spent at least an hour going over options and costs with us. We didn't purchase our set until another visit, however, and Eddie continued to be helpful. He has since continued to help in the delivery and problem solving. Our set had a couple issues that needed resolving and he continues to stay abreast of them. I honestly think if it wasn't for Eddie's patience and genuine care, we'd not have chosen our set not purchased anything. The five stars is more for Eddie bc he's great. Four stars for the set, which we love but it did come with flaws that are still being resolved, so I might knock a star or so for that. Will update accordingly.

Arizona Leather's customer service sucks; they go out of their way to avoid shoppers and customers.Beware of their "lifetime" warranty; it's conditional.
