Went there for a dip manicure, her name was Coco, she was rushing to finish it. I had some burns and I told her, she said to look at my phone instead of focusing on her work. She didn’t ask me how long I want my nails, or what shape, or how I wanna get it done, filed the nails very aggressively and I felt that pain. Cuticles weren’t cleaned properly, I had to do it on my own after coming home. After doing the dip I still have the residues on my nail beds.
Not going there anymore!

She rushed through the process, & I got burned a bit with the hot rocks (she tried to brush it off by saying “oh I like your phone case” ) like uh are you going to make sure I’m okay ? But another issue is that with the pedicure I chose the price was around $75 once I mentioned i wanted french tip the price went up to $100. I just feel like less polish is being used with French Tip & you have to do a few colts of color rather your doing French tip or painting the entire toe nail & it depends on the color as well but either way there’s No way I got charged $100 for this type of work!

I have been going here for years and have always been happy with the talent and service. I strongly recommend going here if you are looking for great nails. Call for a reservation first as they are usually booked.

During my break in between job locations I had the CBD wellness treatment/pedicure done and it was super relaxing and energizing at the same time! I don’t recall the name of the technician as I was in heaven and don’t need names there just beautiful experiences.
Specialties: Nice hands nice massage

Stylist: She did Amazing with her hands to help melt away my foot pain and love the color on my toes!

The newly renovated location is very well designed and quite comfortable. The entire process is streamlined. Tina did a great job. A wonderful experience.

I normally go to another nail shop for my pedicure, but I couldn't get an appointment. So after looking around for availability, I happened upon S Lounge, and I'm happy that I did! My pedicure was done by John, and he did a beautiful job...and he didnt rush, despite that the salon was very busy. John was friendly, efficient, and helpful with polish selection. The polish selection is huge! So many vibrant, beautiful colors! I also had my brows waxxed, and the woman who did that was friendly and gentle. I'll definitely be back!
Cleanliness: The salon was clean, and I didn't see any dust around the baseboards. I mention this because every shop I've been to has dust around the baseboards. The implements used for my pedicure were sealed in a sanitary pouch before using them, and there was a disposable liner used on the pedi bowl.

Hidden prices at every turn. Called to get a price for my fill. They said 45. I went it I got charged for the filing. My mom got a different shape that was minimal filing, boom another charge, the lady on the phone should have said 45 and up. They did not honor it. They are rude when I have to hold my baby, yank my hand when I'm bouncing her to much instead of telling me with their words. Nails chipping and breaking within two days. Impatient when my four year old is unsure what they are doing but once I explain she is fine, and they make me feel like I'm wasting their time with my 4 year old

I really liked it here! It was so nice and they give you a beverage. Prices are reasonable and I think they do a really nice job. Very busy so I think that's a good sign, just make sure to get an appointment!

I attempted multiple times to clarify the service I was requesting. No one seemed particularly interested in clarifying or confirming what I was asking and the nail tech just started working on my nails. One tip was glued on crooked and the girl just looked at me and shrugged. I had to pry the glued on tip off my nail so a new one could be glued in its place. The tech seemed annoyed the entire time she was working with me and then dismissed me at the end with a wave in the direction of the front desk. Overall an uncomfortable experience, my nail beds hurt for days and the "gel nail extensions" (glued on nails, no gel was used) cost more than I typically pay. I also had a nail chip within a week of getting them done, which I've never experienced with any nail extension services received in the past.
