Just wanted to share how happy I was renting a unit here. I've rented at other "Big Name" storage places and they don't come close to the customer service All American Storage has. A few months ago, I received a call from William asking if I lost a set of keys. I had no idea that I had dropped my keys. He went out of his way to review video and logs to find me. Talk about SUPERIOR customer service!! He saved me countless hours of headache. Super humble, hope his managers read this and know what type of employee that have got. Would definitely recommend anyone in the area rent here. Always clean, never crowded, best in class customer service! Thank you William.

I’ve had a storage unit here for over 6 months and have had nothing but positive experiences compared to previous storage units I’ve had. I lost my key to get into my unit and Robert went above and beyond to help me open it and was patient throughout the entire process even in the 110 degree weather.

We've been there for over13yrs,WOW not sure,there's a guy in there William, he wrote my son & I up in 1/+2 mths for many things ,things that we couldn't have done due to our travels ,things that don't fit our values,we are disaplend people,always take ownership,even as a renter,NEVER GOT WRITEN UP BEFORE HE CAME,Being senior citizen handicapped he over looks the laws that insures the safety and comfortable visit, he assumes that long stays,sitting in my car while son works is personal against him,when the fact is I need brakes / I use a cain,due to skin cancer I need to be out of sun( he turned us in for shade tent we had up 45 minutes) we come when no one is there,,,he is clueless,forgets we're not the enemy we rent 2 units,we should be treated like valued guest,,,

William was a great help in getting me the best deal possible, and he was very professional and polite on the phone, not putting any pressure on me to get a unit fast which is nice. Definitely recommend this place if you need a unit in Roseville/Rocklin area.

If you need to reach corporate they are located next door at Trans americium homes. The phone number is public if you search that name but employees have been instructed to never give that info out as the home office refuses to interact with any of its customers.

Needed a small storage unit to store some antiques waiting for restoration. Will was very perfessional and helpful. I felt he did a great job explaining everything, as this was my first time using a storage unit. Totally clean and and nice looking place, well kept.Helped a bit with my worries, that it lookedwell taken care of. Would definitely would choose again, and ask for Will.

Moving from out of state. I read some reviews on All American Self Storage. So I thought I'd make this my last facility to check out. As I wasn't happy or comfortable at some of the other local storage places. Glad I did. A young man by the name of Will helped me out. I felt comfortable instantly. Although busy he took his time to answer all my questions and showed me a couple units.Think I found my place.Great customer service. Just wanted to say thank you.Felt like this young man went above and beyond.

I have been a customer on and off of All American Self storage for 8 years.ROBERT has been there the whole time.His level of hospitality and professionalism is above par.I can not thank Robert enough. Anytime I spoke to Robert on the phone, he was professional and always kind.He's probably my favorite part of this storage facility.I recently came and liquidated my units as I had moved. I was sad to say good bye to Robert.He's been the part of this facility! Going to miss you Robert.

Yet in the privacy of our own, when you have to share your privacy… All American Storage is where you want to store your privacy. If you are looking for outstanding guys, if you’re looking for real gems, there are two in particular: Mr. William and Mr. Robert. Hand-selected by the best; These gentleman have gone outside, above and beyond. No matter what your issue is, no matter what your concerns are, or what your situation may be, these guys are miracles. I thank God for All American Storage. These beautiful lads really make me feel good and proud to be an All-American. Attitude reflects leadership so you know the leader is an awesome guy that they are reflecting daily. Thank God for awesome management. If you need a storage, All American is where you want to be.
