We are so please with this Vet. Our dog got a fox tail in her foot and was in a lot of pain. All American wasn’t our normal vet, but ours didn’t have time to see her. Needless to say All American is now my dogs new veterinarian.

This is by far the worst and most incompetent vet in Roseville. I will never bring any pet to this clinic ever again, and I'll be making sure to tell every friend, family member, and stranger on the street to boycott this place at all costs. Whoever is in charge of coordinating return phone calls for sick pets is terrible at their job. We made 4 (FOUR!) separate phone calls to try and get some help for our seizing cat and they said multiple times that they would call back and it has now been 4 days , a visit to another vet, and our cat sadly passing away and still no call back. They don't care for animals or pet owners. Stay away!

Great Vet office! I have moved all my babies over here. Experienced/knowledgeable veterinarians who don't try to price gouge you, is greatly appreciated in this economy. I love the fact that most of the time you can get same day/next day appointments. All the staff and vets are friendly and helpful!

We have gone to All American City vets for over 10 years. They always give great care, and are friendly, and efficient. Dr Heaton is amazing, and he choses great vets to help out, especially Dr Hainey! Each one has been great!! We recently saw Dr Bell, and had a wonderful experience! He was extremely knowledgeable, examined our dog very carefully, and came up with a very helpful treatment plan! Our dog loves going there. We feel like family!

I have been a loyal customer with them for 15+ yaers. Always amazing staff. But, yesterday they outperformed themselves when they got to put down my dog. Humanity, caring, professionalism, accuracy and support. Make them, hands down the best animal care possible. Thanks

We have been using All American Vet Clinic for our three babies- 2 french bulldogs and 1 cat for many, many years. All of the staff are welcoming, patient and kind. They treat our animals like their own. The Manager, Techs and Receptionists provide upfront and honest information. We have referred many families to this vet and they all rave about the staff. All American will continue to be our recommended clinic to all of our friends and families.

Wonderful staff!! Pricing is great compared to surrounding hospitals, I've checked! They offer same day appointments along with Urgent care even when they are fully booked! The best part is they offer a Loyalty Card with HUGE discounts you can use all year long! Stongly recommend for anyone that loves their babies and want the best!!!

First let me say I have never ever written a bad review in my life. But what this business did to me was appalling. I have been taking my dogs and cats here for about 5 years. We raise Golden Retriever Service dogs and get them at 8 weeks and train for a year before going home. We have taken about 18 dogs here steadily for 5 years without a problem. 2 weeks ago I brought in my sister's shitsu in because she could not get off of work. He was scratching his ears. Upon arrival the staff and doctor could not get him to be still to look in his ears. They asked to take him into the back area and brought him back five minutes later saying they could not get him to be still again so they sent me home with 5 trazadone pills and instructions to give me one at bedtime and one 2 hours before his apt. My sister brought him in the next day and still they could not look in his ears. I brought him in the vet at 3 PM. I dropped him back at home at 5 PM. A few hour later his chin and neck began to swell and she called me to tell me. She took him back to the vet the next day where they put him to sleep and got a good look in his ears and found mites. They said as long as the swelling in his neck was not getting worse he would be fine. He was not. Later that night the swelling in his chin went up his throat and to his cheek and she called the vet and they said they couldn't see him and he had to go to the emergency vet now. I was clearly upset since I referred this vet and her dog was returned injured. I called and told them how unhappy I was and that was it UNTIL TODAY!! She did take the dog to the emergency vet and was told that he had suffered an injury that lead to a hematoma. He was treated and two weeks later he is still bleeding and monitored closely. WHY I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW TODAY IS BECAUSED I WAS CALLED TODAY, TWO WEEKS LATER AND OUT OF THE BLUE ACCUSED OF TELLING THEM "I WAS GOING TO SUE" ... I NEVER SAID THAT. Yes I was upset that my sister's dog was injured by my trusted vet and I expressed this to them AND that was the end of it until the phone call today. I asked them why are you lying and saying I threatened to sue when I never did. They also said that we couldn't bring our animals to them any longer and this was because I threatened to sue them and that they had turned this matter over to their attorney. They also charge higher prices than most vets in our Roseville area. Also, they charged $1,000.00 to spay a female dog which it was double what we paid pre-covid. I did not and I am upset that they called me a liar.

On March 10th I had to bring my boy of almost 15 years "Scout" in to put him to rest. The staff were very kind, professional and patient with me and my family. They let us be in the room with him and the good Dr.Thorn (I belive I'm remembering his name correctly) explained the process clearly so we would be prepared for what may or may not happen. They were amazing and caring, and let us have the time we needed with him before and after. They laid out all the options on the phone call I made to them that morning and were able to get Scout in that evening.2ish weeks later they called saying we could pick up Scout's ash's in a ash urn we picked out. They are an amazing clinic that really cares for our furry family members.Thank you to everyone at the all American city vet clinic for helping my furry brother be put to peace.

Brought my 12 year old dog here who was terribly over due for a dental. I was referred here by a friend and I traveled over an hour to come here because my dog is my world and I needed a place I could trust. They provided such excellent care and the cost for the dental which included a few extractions was so reasonable! Everyone was so nice and I felt comfortable as soon as I walked through the door. Totally worth the drive. Special shout out to Renee, the practice manager, the one who also did my dog's dental. You can tell she runs a tight ship and cares so much about every pet that comes through the door. Thank you so much!!
