Omg. What a great costumer service Lilly have done, She dress so professional, she did amazing customer service for me picking out shoes , running back and forth like a busy bee, I never had experienced amazing customer service like Lilly did to me, At Aldo. Galleria Mall, she should definitely get a raise, or be a manager at the Aldo. Thank you so much Lily looking forward seen you again.

Show up here at 2:20 on a Friday and see a sign on the door saying “lunch break, 30 mins.” First off, I’ve never seen a store in the mall closed in the middle of the day…let alone a Friday. Staff your store accordingly.
Secondly, if you do have to leave, put the time you are returning on the sign so people know! Customers could be walking by at any random time and they have no clue if 30 minutes is in 5 minutes or 25 minutes.
Third, I waited for more than 40 minutes before leaving so the sign was misleading. Most likely a lazy, irresponsible employee. Pathetic showing for the store and brand.
UPDATE: just went and spent $300 at Nordstrom instead.

Had such a pleasant experience trying on different shoes. Meliah helped me choose the comfiest heels as well as a purse to pair them with. Would defintely come back again!

I really hate to give 1 star, and usually, I prefer not to comment at all, but this store is a joke since they opened the new one. Always closed and always will be back in 30 min. Been to the mall several times and can never get inside it. The old one was great, new one - very bad. Please hire someone to be always present because I am afraid your sales will get you out of the business.
