The office was friendly at all times. However, be prepared not to get your security deposit back, as mentioned in other reviews. They charge you a cleaning fee without providing evidence of what was cleaned. Even if you provide photos of the condition before and after, they still ask for a professional cleaning receipt. You simply won’t get your deposit back—consider it nonrefundable.
The homes are not in a great shape and things fall apart easily. We had problem with the AC, which ran out of freon multiple times in just a few months.
It’s also noisy during the day with loud music. At night, we were constantly woken up by the sound of train whistle. There was a persistent smell of marijuana around the home, and police were frequently active in the community.
We did not enjoy our stay.

I lived at Adora for just seven months, but due to a job relocation to another state, we unfortunately had to move. All the staff was great from the beginning. The maintenance guy, Jeff, is always available and takes good care of the community. The location is excellent, but there are two drawbacks: it's a bit pricey, and the gym could benefit from being larger and fully enclosed.

I just had the best tour of these apartments! The office staff was so professional! And this company seems to employee a higher then average number of attractive people. Like where do they recruit from!?!??! Wild. But the floor plan I saw was amazing. I'm super excited because the neighborhood looked amazing and had a wide selection of the best shopping within like almost walking distance. Also, like the tour was worth going on just to get to see the ridiculously huge garage. I have never seen one that was so big.

This place sucks there's nothing luxury about it It's just a word to make it seem better.... people constantly break the rules, They try to sue you over every little thing you do, They never enforced the rules, no one follows them and ruins The whole living experience, these aren't soundproof at all You can hear everything also pulling out of your garage is a hassle The neighbors are rude and always park in front of your garage... Just sucks also the outside of the place is ghetto You hear the grounds all the time it's super noisy over there It's never quiet I would never move here again wish I never did. Also moving your furniture into the townhomes is a nightmare. Also they do inspections way too often. They're always up in your business and it's very annoying and not necessary. Also I didn't appreciate the comments they made to me and my partner, They were really rude. Also while living there I never got to utilize any of the facilities because they kept closing them for no reason So yeah that was lame.

I have lived at Adora for 1.5 years and in my experience, the management and staff at Adora go above and beyond to make sure the tenants that live here are taken care of. It is a great place to live.

I love living at Adora! I am a longtime resident and this is because there is no other place like Adora Townhomes. Amanda (the Manager), Eve (the Assistant) and Jeff (the Maintenance guru) have made this the wonderful community I call home.

At only 20 years old with two dogs I found it extremely difficult to find a housing place that could work with me! Adora townhomes was so communicative and understanding. I have never expected such a positive and easy experience moving into a new location. Eve and Amanda are very kind and easy to talk to, as well as the maintenance man being able to help out super quick if any problems come up within the home. I would recommend this place if you'd like a fresh, safe and peaceful environment!

I miss living here and took it for granted now my family and I are living in a complex with the worst manager. Adora management team is admirable as well as their maintenance team. My wife miss the atmosphere the most from Adora, current living complex constantly smells like smoke, extremely loud and dirty :( . I miss living here as well as my family.

Best place to live in Roseville,Amanda and Jeff go above and beyond to make sure of it. I've never seen cleaner townhomes and our amenities are always clean and available.1000 mb internet for an amazing price. I've lived here for 2 years and have had zero problems with any staff or residents in adora literal heaven on Earth!

Amanda and Marie were awesome to work with on our viewing and lease signing! They were very accommodating for us as we are relocating from Alabama. We personally toured the property, yet completed the application and verification process remotely. It was a pleasant experience as both Amanda and Marie worked quickly and communicated with us often. We are so glad to call Adora home as of today. Thank you Amanda and Marie!!
