Sold me the wrong engine and then stopped answering the phone. We never installed the engine, so one would think that it wouldn't be a problem to return it. I'm going to have to file a fraud claim I guess

Had to get a new air intake for my 2017 Jetta, and not only did they have it in stock, but they got it sent out same day and at reasonable cost. Jeff was very helpful and even though a part wasn't sent with the order, he the missing one sent out same day and I received the next. Very helpful and professional, and everything works as intended!

In previous years I have used them with great success,parts were great,and had only the highest opinion of this business. However I received a part that after installation,was electronically defective. I returned it and NEVER received the $726.00 credit for the part I returned. I was told by "Jeff" it would be "sent to accounting" and I waited and NEVER received my $726.00 credit. If you ever have a return ,don't expect a refund. He basically stole $726.00 from me and my business. AUWE!! Don;t use these guys,no integrity. Won't answer calls now...LOL

This place is very unprofessional especially the guy who's name is jeff he is with zero customers service attitude very rude and made me wait there for an hour still he said we can't find the part for you with rude tone and using F word with his conversation , but over the phone he told he has the part on the wrack ready to go he lied he isn't helpful I drove one hour to get there and waited an other hour which are tow hours total , wasted very bad experience with Jeff at Bw auto Dismanter

Terrible customer service. Should've listened to the reviews. They will sell you broken parts and then make you feel like s*** when you bring it back. Jeff needs to take an ethics class. I bet his business would succeed then. 5 years ago there were 4 guys at the front desk, now it's just Mr. President Jeff by himself. I wonder why

So I bought a ton of parts from this place and most were good parts for good price!!! HOWEVER if it's a bad part, (spindle wrong side, leaky shock, etc. then Jeff will either tell you no refund but offer you a swap part which might be good or in my case bad again or try to Sell you non Oem China part for 2times the price. No compensation or even a discount for labor hours you waisted or paid! And then tell you your not welcome !!!! Because I wanted to make things right! When I feel the business that cares about their customers should be the place worried about making it right!!! Good luck. Jeff. And if you still decided to go to this guy hope it works out for you!

worst customer service , I have ever had to deal with in my life, if it was the end of the world, and I would have to walk everywhere because I could not get my car going I would walk... If I could give them no stars, i would and if there was fecal emojis I would, give them 5. they have a few Eurovans, but not time for the customer. I will post this in other VW sites so to pass the word around not to use BW AUTO. go away, try working at disneyland so you can learn customer service. yuk

I I almost gave up looking for a part for my Audi Allroad! AB A Dismantlers had it! I received it so fast I could not believe it! Jeff was the best and this company is AMAZING for hard to get import parts!

Gave me the wrong part the first time so I had to go back and exchange it for the right part. On another occasion ordered a part, waited all day just for him to tell me sorry it's the wrong part here's your refund. Wasted more time and gas than just buying brand new online. Don't waste your time going to this dump they will just waste your time

Today, September 9, 2020 at 4:30 pm, I contacted the store again and was informed by Jeff that I would only get my money back if I removed the previous post. This is absurd. they use my shield money to remove my comment. They have 2 days to contact me and pay me if I don't go to court.

I found a part online and requested they pull it so I could pick it up after work. It was ready and waiting for me to inspect. Price was very reasonable and the service was great. Highly recommend.

Has came to the shop for years and every time I have came the service has been excellent for a automotive shop or dismantler this is one of the most cleanest organizations I have ever been in from the workers all the way to the restaurant on top of that the service is a one I stay at least 20 miles from this location but will continuously drive here because of the service thank you and they are highly recommended
