Extremely grateful for my agent Brandon and Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty. This journey of selling my home was emotional to say the least. Many years spent creating memories and spending time with family made this decision so difficult for my family. I say I am grateful for Brandon and his team, because so many decisions made during this process were ones that needed a clear head and thoughtful decision making. Brandon provided me with all of my options and over communicated every step of the way. Truly effortless and hassle free. Many times I felt we were prepared for each step and as a family always felt heard and understood. The only sad part of this journey was the end, as we felt as if we created a special relationship that turned into much more than real estate agent and home owner. We are so happy to start the next step in our lives and will absolutely work with Brandon and his team again. Best of luck.

Went to one of the rudest, unprofessional open houses. Aside from that, they needed a whole group of people to conduct an open house. The rudest was this teenage intern or handler they hired to hand out the flyers (I think his name was Eric). I'm not sure if the rudeness is that they only want certain demographics since they were greeting people in another language. If so, they shouldn't advertise on English websites like Zillow and Redfin. C'mon, It's just an open house for a not so expensive, small home. They act like it's a life-or-death situation or they are on the verge of winning the lottery jackpot or something. Never heard of "Your Home Sold Guaranteed." But whether it's a local shop or national chain, they have to adhere to basic rules and professionalism.

At first, I was hesitant to accept the listing services from the four different realtors that I interviewed. Among them, Michelle Leonardi's services stood out. She is the person who is willing to do more than just to make her client satisfied. I assure you she went over and beyond her services while matching a flat fee realty just to be my listing agent. She's highly recommendable and you will never regret her fair service. She's prompt in answering back your messages as required. Nevertheless, I will hire her again.

Julie did a great job helping me to find a condo. She knew a lot about the San Gabriel Valley area and was very responsive in terms of getting quick showings when properties came up on MLS. Julie also happened to have worked with the selling agent for the property I wanted, was able to find out how much I should offer, and even advised me on the best timing. Julie was also a great agent in terms of helping me as a first time home buyer. She walked me through a lot of the stuff I needed to know and set me up with financing so I could have an offer that was as good as cash. This helped me to get my offer accepted even though there was another offer that was a bit higher. Also, Julie was able to introduce me to a few of my new neighbors who came out during my final walkthrough since she speaks Mandarin. By closing, other neighbors seemed to know who I was after talking amongst themselves.

I just closed escrow and enjoyed the whole process of selling my house owing great appreciation to Michelle, my selling agent. She is very patient with me since it is the first time i sell a house. She is also very knowledgeable and resourceful, always have great ideas and answers whenever i feel confused or hesitatied. She responds in a giffy, whether it's evening or weekend. I highly recommend her if you want to buy or sell your property. I also look forward to working with her again in the future.

Julie Lai responded to my online Zillow request to tour a condo I saw online. We're from NorCal and we're looking for an investment property in SoCal that my son could also use while going to grad school. Julie responded quickly and arranged for us to tour other condos that met our criteria as well. Over six weeks, we toured quite a few units in person and over FaceTime. We made offers on some, but were outbid. We finally were successful with one that met 95% of what we wanted. Julie was great in negotiating and communicating. She made sure our needs were addressed and kept us informed throughout the process. We have purchased several properties and have dealt with many realtors. Julie is one of the best. She's honest, efficient, organized, patient, and not afraid to negotiate on your behalf. She really wants to find you the best house that fits your needs and not just one that will get her the highest commission. I will definitely hire Julie again.

An agent affiliated with this office Teddy Attell reached out to me about a duplex I might be interred in purchasing, but the strange thing he would not provide any information (not event the listing number) about the duplex and insisted I call him. I told Teddy I'd be happy to call him after he provided the address, asking price, financing terms, and rent role, he refused stating he does not give out private information - Can you image a relator telling you everything about a property for sale is private? Checking out the agency site most telling as they do not have a single duplex listed in their office. Clearly a scamy / spammy agency just trying to generate leads by suggesting they have a property for sale they don't actually have. If you think it's just the agent, think again, I added the designated officer of the agency Rudy Lira Kusuma and he did not respond to the email. STAY AWAY, there are plenty of honest agents and agencies to work with.
