I have been coming here for many years whenever I need to get a new phone or change phone and internet service. Only downside is the small parking lot. I always get good service here from Tony and Jenny. I don't know how Tony does it, but handling both phone and customers is tough! He knows his stuff and was very helpful, but had to do a lot of overtime to get my phone and internet issues.

I have had my previous plan for almost five years and wanted to switch carriers. Jenny was patient, informative, and was very quick to process my new mobile line. I couldn't ask for more. I definitely recommend!

I would highly recommend this TMobile retail store becaus Jenny is an expert in different phones and plans. I feel She always have her customers's best interest at heart. She's honest and Upfront about your phone issues so you don't get misled. I will always check with her before paying unnecessary money elsewhere.

I needed to buy a flip phone for my mom and T-Mobile stores only have one crappy model with terrible reviews so I figured I'd go to non-branded stores to see if there was more option and found this place on Yelp. I like how this place had several options to choose from, and they unlock phones free to allow flexibility and more options to select from. Jenny didn't waste time and got me what I needed.

I was referred to Jenny by a good friend of mine. I was with ATT for over 10 years and I was hesitant to switch over to T-mobile. But after speaking with Jenny she made me feel really comfortable with making the transition. I didn't have to do anything in the process; not even the rebate for the Samsung I purchased. From the looks of it all, Jenny seems busy running the store but she took the time in explaining the process so I didn't mind waiting a little for her. I gave her a copy of my final bill and the rest was history. She really had the best interest in what I needed and that's what is lacking in customer service today.

Came here to switch my service to T-mobile and am so happy I did! The woman who helped me was named Jenny. She did everything for me! Took care of the rebate and made it all so easy. Definitely recommend this place!!

This store is, by far, one of the most unprofessional businesses I have ever been to. The owners of the store, Jenny, and her father, Tony, don't seem to know what the notion of customer service is. Neither of them greet you upon entering the store. They are also rude and condescending to their customers. I've even heard Tony insult one of his customers directly in front of me! Jenny and Tony are simply assholes. There's no better way to put it. Tony lacks any knowledge about the things he sells, and anything that comes out of his mouth should be considered complete and utter b******** He belittles his customers whenever they ask questions, and then answers those questions with bs. He doesn't care about the customers' concerns or questions as long as he's making money. Jenny is a bit better than her father, but she still does poorly in that very important area called customer service. She often has very little time to pay attention to you in the store since she always seems to be busy with one thing or another. Her hours are never normal, and you'll never know if she'll be in the store. When she answers your questions, she seems to be devoid of any life or enthusiasm, and she seems so irritated to have to answer you and deal with you, a paying customer. She also doesn't seem very concerned with any problems you have. For example, she's neglected to reach me even after I attempted numerous times to resolve a problem (it still hasn't been resolved, and I am being charged way more than necessary each month--and it's been many months). She seems to hate her job. And with an a****** father like that, I can't blame her. Furthermore, Wireless Central is quite hard to reach. Calling their store usually takes several attempts before they pick up. Jenny and Tony pay the most minimal amount of attention to their customers, who, I repeat, ARE PAYING. On top of that, they act like asshats when they do provide their horrible customer service. It's so unhelpful and full of bs, that it's not even worth waiting for them to provide customer service. Honestly, if I could give them 0 stars, I would. Their store is so unfriendly and unhelpful. I would not ever recommend anyone to visit this abomination of a store.

So glad I found this spot rather than waiting around at the T-Mobile retail store just blocks away. Such a great experience and smooth transition from porting over my Verizon line to T-mobile. Jenny was very professional, sharp, and helpful. I was a bit hesitant after reading reviews about Tony, however, he was actually very friendly and knowledgeable. He greeted me with a smile and suckered me into purchasing a tempered glass + phone case combo(natural salesman). He also installed the tempered glass on my iPhone 7+ without any bubbles, which I was very happy about. I definitely will be referring all of my friends and family here! Thanks guys!!

Great customer service !!!! My family and I have been coming here for years to get our phones ! Jenny , has always done such a great job with her quick responses and quick ordering. I would definitely recommend this if anyone is looking for t-mobile services !!
