I find that the people here working do just that work. Yes you have to socialize but they keep it to a minimum. Consideration for those who are in line. I've been to neighboring facilities and oh my God it like story time with the customers nevermind the 15 people waiting . I order what I need it's t h every when they say it's there even will get a call. They should not be taking Saturdays off here. Corporate should reconsider giving back these employees more hours to work on Saturday's and close the other ones down. You get less chit chat and more work done here than.

Went into this bank? asked for change for a $100 dollar bill so that I didn't have to give the bill to Subway in the same complex for a $6.00 lunch, I was refused service at Wells Fargo, said since I was not their customer they would not change the bill. ( what are banks for?) I called Wells Fargo customer service when I got home, was told this is not their bank policy. Went back a week later to see the manager , who told me this was their policy. I had thought about closing my credit union account to go to Wells Fargo, but now it will be a cold day in hell when I do business with this bank, I'd rate them 0 stars if it was listed

This branch has the worst customer service. The branch manager (Arron Lee) needs customer service training. The ATM machine took my card and when I later called in to retrieve it, Mr. Lee tells me that he didn't find any card in the machine. After I had vehemently explained to him that the card just could not evaporate into thin air he still insisted that there isn't anymore that he could help me other than having me come in and cancel the card. I asked him whether if he physically opened the machine to look for my card and he said that if its not in the machine it's not there is nothing more that he can do. I went on another 5 minutes trying to get him to explain to me how is it that my card could not be found. It is either stuck in the machine or someone in the branch had found it. My frustration abated when "lo and behold" one of the teller told him that he had found the card. It felt good that I had made my point, yet there was no apology from Mr. Lee. He only apologized when I had told him that I deserve an apology for wasting my time with his incompetence or unwillingness to assist customers. For being the manager of the branch, I expected him to be more helpful and civil. I will not do business with this bank in the future. Wells Fargo really needs to train their people on customer service.
