The internal management at this location is severely lacking. Scheduling pickups online feels futile as they seem oblivious to whether pickups even exist. Despite multiple attempts to schedule pickups online, they've been consistently missed. Each time, I've had to resort to calling them, yet pickups still fail to materialize. Despite reaching out to both the supervisor and postmaster, there has been no improvement.

My baby's passport appointment time is 10:30am-10:45am, I was in line at 10:40. The lady told us that we were late and refused to let us process it. If the appointment time was 10:30, don't send me an appointment with vague information. It's a waste of time.

Beware! There is no walk-in passport services. You have to make an appointment. It has it on the website that they do but they do not!!!!! Don't waste your time trying to walk-in.

On January 2nd, I wrote a package here to go to Japan. On January 10th, I found that the package was still in possession of Rosemead Local Post office. I went Rosemead LPO and asked about my package. They asked me to wait for a month.After that, I called customer service and they said “Rosemead even did not send the package out. They even didn’t create a label.”What’s going on here. Anybody in Rosemead LPO stole my package? If it’s not, they lost a package where they take it. It’s so unprofessional.

Was here when they just open @ 8:30am. Two worker in front, with 4 customers. If everyone was all ready with their packages and labels should be fast. People didn’t fill out label or seal their packages holds up line. Worker tell them go to side and finish then they will call them back in line.Please peoples get your stuff ready then wait in line not in counter then starts writing address in label.Got my certified mail done and out in less than 5 mins.

We came to deliver the package, but the manager refused to accept it. The automatic service machine can read the label's tracking barcode, but their manager said her system cannot read the label's information. Refuse to accept our package. Our packages are sent using Shopify's mailing system. There are six packages in total, why do you say four can’t be accepted? She didn't even use any machine to scan the label. When she saw our people delivering the packages, she said there were four packages that she couldn't accept!

She said that the Label must be created on the official USPS website to be true. Refuse to accept our package. Our packages are sent using Shopify's mail system. The commercial cooperation platform officially designated by USPS can be found on the USPS official website. We told her that the label was created through Shopify, but she still said it was fake and shut us out. There are six packages in total. Why do you say four cannot be accepted? She didn't even use any machine to scan the tags. When she saw our people delivering packages, she said there were four packages she couldn't accept!
