Why UPS can be 5 times more expensive than USPSI wanted to mail out a check for express they charges $50And regular mail is $20 And no stamp for sale because stamp is too cheap they couldn't ask for high price

Their notary service is not reliable. We did 2 notaries Service which cost us $60 just to find out that they use copies papers that does not meet the requirements so we end up wasting $60 and our time and stress.

after being denied by the MPK/Garvey location and the old asian guy refusing my amazon return and NOT WANTING MY BUSINESS...I came to the Rosemead UPS location to do my returns. Daniel and Leo are THE BEST (!!!) and helped out with my return - no questions asked. they treated all their guests with respect and kindness...this is my new go-to for UPS now. Thank you guys for your help!

Please tell me where I can complain. It was such a hot day and there was no car. 13 boxes were moved in. The guy stood inside and didn't even move. He asked me to move boxes one by one and he weighed them and brought them up as soon as they were heated.

Things are expensive as hell. It costs one yuan to print a piece of paper and the first one costs 2 to 5 cents. Other UPSs only cost 10 cents to print a paper. It is a money grab. Ask the clerk why the price is so different for the same UPS. The reason is that the price is set by the new manager and it is so expensive. . So speechless...I will never go there again
