Everything is great except for two things 1.the guy at the front desk is a total idiot didn't know anything couldn't answer any questions never stopped to try and help me out kept doing what he was doing curly hair and glasses guy should definitely not be there and 2. The music is way to loud didn't help the idiot trying to help me

Awesome gym, never crowded when I show up. Plus not too many young teens in crowds hogging up machines. Also not too many of those annoying ppl using selfie sticks to record themselves :)

The equipment is awesome and well maintained in conjunction with facilities sanitation being above average for a public gym My complaint is centered around one of the club managers ( Andrew) This young man is extremely unprofessional and has displayed this behavior in front of me several times. He talks down to the front desk clerks. I've asked him for assistance with membership questions and he has blown me off and passed the question to one of his subordinates. Im a black male , 48 years of age and a working professional, he walks around the gym while he's working out and greets everyone. But, he seems to avoid me and other that look like me. Don't know if this is intentional? But, he being the manager who I signed up with , I don't feel accepted at the UFC Rosemead location , maybe thats the case. This has been on my mind for some time , just had to share. I don't expect anything to come out of this.

I just wanted to leave a review for Roger and Andrew. I had some issues with my membership at another location, and they helped me smoothly transfer to Rosemead. They went above and beyond with their customer service, and I really appreciate their help in getting me back into the gym and restoring my access.

Staff are a passive aggressive joke. The bathrooms are disgusting like their behavior. They held on to my I.D for whatever reason like wannabe cops. The only positive thing I can give is front desk lady that checks people in. She was pretty and honestly sweet but the long haired manager and his Muppets are rotten just like the rest of their unhygienic facility

A real gym. None of this, no grunting, no dropping the weights, no gym bag on the floor nonsense. There is no judging here either. Just people lifting heavy things.

Unfortunately having friendly staff, great promotions/pricing doesn’t overshadow the lack of hygienic standards throughout the facilities.

UFC is one of the best and most complete gyms in the area. You have the option to train on your own or pay an individual coach. They have a large selection of gym equipment, devices and weights. The bathrooms, showers and lockers are in very good condition. It has a small store for the sale of vitamins and supplements and there is a bar of energy drinks based on fruits and very good quality supplements, they have the Dotfit brand. The parking is quite wide, there is always available parking.
