“First time coming here getting an oil change for my Kia the mechanic make sure that he does everything carefully he also let me know no need to put too much motor oil in the engine Even though my car takes 5 quarts of synthetic motor oil but he only put four quarts I told him that I rather go with the recommendation if anything. I'll take my car back here for an oil change in a few months.”

“This process should have gone off the rails and this should be a one star review, but here's what happened. I made my order online and set the appointment. Not fifteen minutes later I get a text saying the system showed my tires in stock but they can't get four, please call. I'm ready for the whole thing to fall apart, but the operator found four comprable, no big price difference, so fine. A week and a half later I show up to my appointment and the tires aren't there.
I'm pretty annoyed at this point and the guy says, 'look you took off work, here's what we'll do' and he sends one of his guys to go to the warehouse in Santa Fe Springs (they were already running behind) and they'll bring the tires back need an extra hour.
There's hope out there folks, customer service still exists and I will be making sure to return the next time I need tires. See you guys in 75K miles or so.”
