It's the local 99 cent store, You can find everything here , yes they even have a whole party section and they have helium for balloons. 5 Stars for just having everything at a good bargain . They have ice for parties and water to fill those gallon jugs , you name it they probably have it.

This place is like a mom and pop 99cents store. So far- it's always had the little random consumer staples that I need, and they sell water here too. So bring your gallon bottles for a refill! It's a great addition to such a neat plaza.
